Very disrespectful, dishonest, and rude

At best complacent, at worst rude. I showed up with a quote from the sales staff and insurance and loan information from USAA and bc I was buying a "cheap" base model. I was made to wait 3 hours while everyone else was served before I was so rudely served. When expressing my concern, I was told to stop being disrespectful. Staff should be fired. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

I was very pleased with all aspects of this purchase: examination of the vehicle, road test, patient answers to my questions, no high pressure, very fair price settlement.

Superior Dealership With Superior People

I started buying cars from this dealership about 10 years ago. I have bought a total of 11 new cars, including one for my wife. That's right. I get a new car every year, and I always return to Capital. One of the reasons why I keep coming back is the sales team: Bob Cooley has always been my salesman. And the manager I have always worked with, Paul (Ski) Malanowski, has always worked to give me a fair price. There is very little haggling necessary, and I have never found any games being played. Just straight talk followed by straight deals. You just can't beat that combination. I am so "sold" on this dealership that I have referred three other buyers to Bob, all of whom have either already bought cars or ordered new cars. There's another person who bought a used car from him. Once, I even "pre-sold" a vehicle for Bob by letting customers (who were browsing outside) look at my new car, explaining to them about all of its features I enjoy, and letting them get inside my car and look around. They went in and bought one just like mine that day. So, why will I be back in September for my 12th car? Three reasons: my salesman, Bob Cooley; their "no games" sales approach; and, their service department, which is hands down the best I've ever worked with. If you want a Subaru or Hyundai (I've owned both), check out Capital Subaru / Hyundai. You won't be disappointed. And did I point out that they maintain a huge inventory from which to choose?
