Well, we all know that shopping for a vehicle - in my case, a truck - can become very stressful and/or frustrating. However, after "dealing" with two other bad dealers in IL and AL, I was lucky enough to come across Crossroads Ford located in Ravena, NY. Fact is, they had the very awesome truck I'd been searching for. So, I asked for the internet Sales Manager who happens to be Mr. Mike Gollinger and let me tell you that he is one of the very best "few" salesmen that I've ever dealt with! Mike was great right from the first email I sent him inquiring about the truck I wanted. He is very patient and best of all, never pushy. Mike really is an outstanding professional something that in the sales industry is almost impossible to find nowadays. Hats off to the complete staff at Crossroads Ford. Everyone, from the receptionist to the salesmen who took my messages to the owner is great! I strongly recommend buying your next vehicle at this dealer! BTW, I bought my beautiful truck from Florida. I didn't even have to fly over there because I could tell I was in good hands. Mike set up everything for me including transport as I did not want to put so many miles in one shot on my new rig driving from NY. I do wish I met Mike in person though. everything was fine the only problem is when I talked to my salesmen he told me my pymt. would be 750.00 a month my wife signed the papers and when I got home and looked they were 850.00 a month I was shocked I know there is nothing I can do but I wish I was told this .my bad

The people at the Ravena crossroads dealership are the best there are this is my 3rd ford focus with them and I believe it saved my daughters life when my car was totaled in a accident.

Ford Explorer from a Honda dealership. Have bought 3 cars from this dealership. They always provide great service and send reminders which I never can remember so that is great. They entered this new car into their service so I will take there for all needs. I always recommend them to everybody. They are fantastic. The service department is always friendly and go out of their way to accommodate.

Ford Fusion Energi. Service was excellent and Mike Gollinger was great not only paying attention to my needs but working with me to get exactly what I wanted. I love the car and I finally have found a dealership that I can feel at home with. The time he and his team spent with me to make sure I am happy and satisfied was my purchase in every way with out feeling pressured or rushed was a breath of fresh air. I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus from Crossroads Ford in Ravena, it was my first experience buying/leasing a car and it was a great one. I would recommend Crossroads Ford to anyone. Rob Hussey is such a great salesman and makes you feel very comfortable when buying a car. He explained everything in thorough detail and did what he could to get me into a car as soon as possible. I will be returning to Crossroads Ford when my lease is up and hopefully be purchasing again with Rob!

I bought my 2012 F150 new a Crossroads Ford. The buying experience was second to none. I'd recommend anyone buy a car here. We also bought my wife's 2015 Escape here. At 11,500 miles I ran into a warranteeable driveline issue with my F150. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday evening (service is not open on Sunday) and I called on Monday to let them know the truck was there and what was wrong with it. By noon on Monday they had already ordered the parts to be overnighted. By the end of the day Monday they had a warrantee claim into Ford. I got a call on Wednesday around 11 am saying my truck was done and I could come pick it up. I couldn't believe the speed at which Crossroads service got my truck back to me. I expected to be without it for at least a week. I couldn't be happier with crossroads.

My f150 was well explained when I picked it up and I was very pleased with that. I was not happy when the check engine light came on but the mechanic came right out, diagnosed it, and stole parts from another truck so that I could be on my way. Everything else about the sale was satisfactory. I would have liked to have gotten a receipt for my spray in bedliner.
