Recall

I came to get an oil change and service for my recall on my Silverado, but the equipment was broken and could not complete the recall. The next appointment available was too far out to reschedule. Not sure how much of a safety hazard the recall is but I assume it needs to be taken care of immediately. I did receive the oil change though. I also had a free oil change coupon but only received half off.

The WORST service and repairs

I had the unfortunate experience of using Reed Lallier on two occasions. Once, the battery died and I had it towed there thinking that the dealer would give me the best service since it was their brand. WRONG. We weren't sure what was wrong with the car initially, it sat in their parking lot for 4 DAYS until they "got to it" and then discovered I just needed a new battery. With a large family, I needed that car back ASAP. We had to call to even get them to look at it. Then, when the shop recommended for body work following an accident was unavailable I had the car towed to Reed Lallier for the accident repairs. They had it for a month and still hadn't fixed it right. They paint didn't match, they did not replace parts that were unseen behind the bumper and still charged my insurance company. They kept trying to bend a fender back into place rather than replacing it, insurance PAID for a new fender. I eventually had to get my insurance company to approve me taking it to another body shop where they showed me the shoddy work and parts that weren't replaced that should have been. They were reported to my insurance company and forced to pay for the second body shop to do the work right. All told, I did not have my car for nearly 2 months because of their poor service and workmanship. Avoid at all costs!! Oh, and they broke my windshield while it was there, and then replaced it with one that wasn't installed right and had to be reinstalled AGAIN!

Not Good

There were so many bad points. The salesperson was awful and when I talked to a salesmanager, he wasn't much better. I had called in to see a particular car. When I got there it wasn't there. I stood for 20min waiting for the salesperson to find something similiar. Actually he just disappeared. They would not deal at all and gave me a very bad price on tradein. I ended up finding a much better deal not far down the road. This was honestly one of my worst shopping experiences in a long time. Given the economy I expected to be treated better. In the end I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price somewhere else.

Steer Clear

They are the absolute definition of a bully dealership. Not willing to negotiate, not willing to help you out and snub their noses at you as soon as your figures don't match theirs. I am completely appauled at how they make any sales with the attitude they have. Probably make their sales off of preying on new, unsuspecting soldiers and soldiers fresh from combat with a little money to spend. I will not be going back there, will not recommend them to anyone either. I'm happy to have found a better deal out of town, with a dealership who genuinely cares about its customers. "Average" buyer beware.
