I purchased a 2019 Chevy Cruze that was a demo car in 2020. The Power Swain dealership set it up so we had the entire warranty. Sense then we take the car in for oil changes as required. Absolutely no problems with the car. We have been to west coast and back two times and many trips on the east coast. It is a great car and a wonderful dealership. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted the service department after noticing extreme wear on my front tires. I explained that I lived 3 hours away and was nervous about the trip back home on current tires. The very kind Lady, in the service department, shared comparable tire pricing and scheduled an appt. I arrived at the dealership, w/n 30 minutes. Nancy, very professionally and thoroughly inspected my tires. She had a wealth of knowledge about the tires and offered great insight about my Corvette. I was in and out w/n a few hours. Great experience and a seamless purchase. Thank YOU to both of the Ladies that assisted me! Thanks for being bright ⭐⭐ on the team! I'll see you again for the back tires! #Girl_Power

Our experience at Power Swain was absolutely the best that we could have with Phil as our salesman and Coyier as the person that helped us with financing. They both were very patient and understanding with my mother in law, she has never bought a vehicle before and never dealth with this part of a vehicle. We appreciate how they were with her.

I bought a 4 month old "used" 2010 Equinox a year ago at Powers-Swain. With the purchase came free oil changes for a year as well as a multi-point seasonal "check-up." I took advantage of this. I was not happy with the service as last time I picked my car up, my air conditioning was turned on and all the way up, my stereo was on and quarters were missing from cup holder. I let that slide. Today, I took my car for an oil change at my local shop. I just received a call that there was NO air filter on the car. So, potentially for the last year and 12,000 miles I have been driving with no air filter. This could cost me thousands of dollars down the road. Take caution if you buy a car there, and I strongly suggest you take it for maintenance to a place you trust.
