I needed an oil change as it was overdue because I was in the middle of a trip to Florida and Myrtle Beach so I called the day before I left Myrtle Beach and was able to schedule one at the later part of the day.

Had my first oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspections completed with no problems. I was completely satisfied with the service rendered along with having my vehicle cleaned up upon completion of this routine service visit. Also had the dealership decal applied by them changed from white to black during this visit.

My experience with Performance Chevrolet was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Zach, my salesperson was very understanding of our needs and took as much time as we needed to discuss the best options for us. We were treated politely the entire time we were there and on every phone call. And never once did we feel pressured to purchase. As far as I am concerned, I will not purchase another vehicle from anywhere else.

Mike Lilly is an awesome sales person he kept me involved and up to date with my car buying experience. He has a great attitude, and he's very hard working, he doesn't give up (not a bad thing), but he's not pestering. He engages his customers and stays aware of you and makes you feel as though you are the most important buyer. Professional, yet needs a tweek

Great professionalism but somewhat condescending in a way. I liked that I the way I was initially greeted, but when the guy came to show me things about the car it was as if he only did it because I'm a woman. I'm not usually one to think like that, and he was as friendly as he could be, but it just made me wonder if it was only because I am a female and the assumption was that I wouldn't know "anything" about my car. I didn't see anyone else have that done. My only other complaint is that when the young ladies would come into the waiting area they would tell whoever was waiting the problem with a vehicle loud enough that everyone else in the room could hear. Don't get me wrong, I know HIPPA and FERPA laws don't apply to car dealerships, but it would have been nice if it had been handled a little more privately. With all of that being said, it wasn't a bad visit, per se, but just a few things that could be worked on. The service department really was friendly and the work was done quicker than what I thought it would be.

I did not have an appointment but even though the service dept was booked for the day they were eagerly willing to work my vehicle in if I could leave it for the day. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I was able to pick up my vehicle later the same day!

Terrence Whidbee was my sales consultant. He was very polite and understood what I needed in a car. He was an excellent sales consultant and I will be back in the future because of him.
