Disappointed

I’m very displeased with my purchasing experience at tri city. Service light came on the day after I bought the car. Supposedly I had a 30 day “limited” warranty which apparently doesn’t cover what the problem was. So needless to say I didn’t get the vehicle fixed AND they tried to charge me $129 just to diagnose the problem. Very unhappy. Manager Chuck Was very unapproachable. NEVER will return to this dealership.

I can't say enough about how well we were treated at Tri-City Chevrolet. Our sale man (Jack Umlauf) and the friendly staff really made it an enjoyable buying experience.

My experience was Tri-City Chevrolet in Eden NC was very satisfactory. Corbett C was our salesman and made us feel as if we were trully valued as customers. We were treated so fairly by all the staff including the General Manager Mr. Bob C. For anyone in the market for a car I defaintly recommend Tri-City Chevrolet in Eden Nc.

Best Experience EVER!!!

I had purchased a Jeep Wrangler at Tri City Chevrolet, Buick GMC. Ryan S was very helpful and met my vehicle needs far as payment and options. My experience was so good, that when my husband needed a vehicle, we bought from Tri City Chevrolet again. I recommend Tri City Chevrolet, Buick, GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle. Carlissa was also very helpful with our financing. What I like to most was the second Jeep we bought was not posted online yet, and Ryan called to let me know that the vehicle was available. Ryan S is very professional and knows his product information better than any salesman I met. If you are looking for a great experience go to Tri City Chevrolet and ask for Ryan S. I also wanted to note that I live and hour from the dealership and I rather make the commute to Eden than go to one of the local dealerships in my city.
