This review is legit! I have been working with JC for over a month and out of all the dealerships I visited in Raleigh, Durham, Wendell, and Cary. This guy was polite, courteous, patient, and talked to my wife about every detail she had questions about on the 2019 Sorento. JC was one of the reasons I bought from University KIA and purchased the 2019 Sorento. All the research I did was proven to be accurate and JC confirmed it with my visits. The pricing was fair and all the employees that helped get my new car purchase done were all top notch.

I visited University Kia on October 11, 2019. I went to test drive a used vehicle that I had seen on the business website. I liked the vehicle, but, I felt that the size was too big for me. I was just looking and wanted to shop around at other dealerships. I retreated to the rest room before leaving, when I came out car salesman, Mr. Jose Torres had parked a beautiful 2020 Pacific Blue Kia Sportage at the exit door. He had me take a look inside of the vehicle and it was a wrap! That smooth move by Mr. Torres let me know that he was listening to my wants and needs from the time I walked on my he lot until the time I was “trying to leave.” #lol This car buying experience was one of my best experiences yet! Much respect to Mr. Torres, may you sell many more vehicles ... I like your style!!!! Mr. Davis, Mr. Joseph, and the General Manager, you all factor in to the scheme. Thank you for your professionalism.

Great Salesman

Matthew Duffy was great to work with! He didn't pressure me into vehicles I wasn't interested in and he didn't push the most expensive vehicle either. Matt asked me great questions to help me find what I was looking for even when I wasn't sure I was going to find what I wanted. The best thing is he kept me in my budget. I would recommend Matt to anyone.

The purchase of the 2016 Kia Sorento SX went very smoothly. Terrence, the salesman, was very knowledgeable on the features of the vehicle. He guided us through the purchase in a very professional manner. As a matter of fact, Terrence met us at our car when we first arrived at the dealership. MJ in finance performed an excellent job on getting us through all the necessary paper work. Both individuals are an asset to Kia.

I loved being at the Kia in Durham! Terrance was excellent! I felt comfortable and taken care of and felt like I was good hands from the very beginning and it was very reassuring. He was polite and welcoming and it was thankfully not tedious at all! I appreciate all his help and love my new car!

University Kia was the best!! We came in very frustrated after a very long day of car shopping and dealing with dishonest salespeople. Pa & Craig were upfront and honest, and choosing University Kia over the other Kia dealerships in the Triangle area was a no-brainer! Thanks again--I'm loving my Forte so far!

Great Dealer Experience

We had a very pleasant experience at University Kia. This was due in part by the tremendous service provided by our sales representative Mr. Laast. There was never any pressure to purchase. We were provided with an un-supervised demonstration drive where we were provided with an opportunity to drive a demonstrator vehicle without the presents of a sales person. This was very similar to our experience when purchasing a Volvo XC-70 at a Volvo dealer in Stockholm, Sweden. The vehicle was allowed to sell itself.

Received competitive pricing from salesman, David White, who was eager to compete with other Kia dealers while still remaining very professional. Honored the price they gave and handled the entire process as painlessly as possible with no stress or "let me get my manager" salesman tactics. I highly recommend them as one of the few professional car dealers in the area.
