Professional dealership with good service. I was 2 hours away and they held the car for me to look at it. We looked at other options as well but decided with that car. The salesman, Marquise, was patient and took his time with me. I would definitely try the coffee while there. It was better than a specialty coffee shop, no joking.

Solid Experience

We purchased an RX 450h F Sport from Jeff Lyons at Johnson Lexus of Durham. Jeff was great to work with and the entire experience was seamless. Jeff was exceptional even though he was busy with other customers. We also had a great experience with Simon Lunt in the finance department. We would definitely recommend Jeff, Simon, and Johnson Lexus.

My husband and I were looking for a new car, we visited several dealerships in the area. Stopped by at Jonson Lexus of Durham, and we were lucky enough to meet a wonderful person and extremely professional and experienced in car industry Tim Carnes who will go miles just to make you satisfied and happy with the purchase. We were planning to buy one model but during the test drive we change our decision and Tim very patiently followed my husband from car to car to give us a chance to try as many cars as we want and it's fit our budget. He worked on the price with the most reasonable numbers to close the deal. We bought many cars but this is the first time to have such a nice and smooth experience with Tim. The management is customer-oriented as well. I would highly recommend Lexus of Durham over others in the area, they don't push you to just buy, they work for you!

2020 Lexus NX 300

Purchased a 2020 Lexus NX from Johnson Lexus Durham NC and it was very pleasant experience. Lexus was top notch in customer service, didn't feel like I was being pressured or given the run around. Came from a Toyota Camry I had 18yrs (still running good with 191K miles) so I had a lot of anxiety about buying a new car but the quality service, respectfulness of the sales folks put me at ease. And the NX is really nice too! But until I put more miles on it, that's all I'll say about that. Pretty confident in Toyota/Lexus products and expect the NX to work out nicely.

Ask for Eryk Rippenhagen, he’s knowledgeable, sincere and won’t waste your time! I had a much older model Lexus and was not planning to buy a new car when I stopped at this dealership towards the end of the year. I had test driven some other cars but didn’t really like any. I spoke with Eryk and he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. We immediately honed in on the NX300 and Apple Car Play as the key function. Not all NX300s have it, so next Eryk had to find a color combo I would like, with the key function I wanted. I had never leased a car before, Eryk helped me to understand what that would look like and worked to find a car with the color combo and features I wanted. I never felt pressured and walked away from the entire experience feeling like the team at Johnson Lexus Durham is completely customer focused. They don’t want to sell you the car you are buying today, instead they want to make sure that your experience with them brings you, your family and friends back for their next car and the one after that. Three months in, I love my car. It’s a pleasure to drive and Car Play does everything I ask it to do. Not only that but my car sends me regular emails on how it’s doing, so I never have to be concerned about fluid levels etc. Go to Johnson Lexus Durham and ask for Eryk- he knows his stuff!

This Lexus branch is very easy to work with and do a great job of keeping in touch without over doing it. The vehicle service experience is also excellent. My leasing experience was effortless and they really worked on helping me get the monthly payment i could afford. 10 stars for that!! Im already on my 2nd Lexus so they must be doing something right!

This dealership was organized, welcoming, and informative. Eryk Rippenhagen gave me a tour of the facilities, told me everything there was to know about the vehicle I was interested in, and walked me through the sales and financing process. He did not leave a single stone un-turned. You can tell that the salespeople believe in their product and services, and understand how reliable their product is. I came out of that day a Lexus aficionado. For sales or service, this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed.

Everyone that I dealt with at Johnson Lexus of Durham was wonderful to work with! Eryk, our fantastic salesman, listened to my list of 'wants', answered my questions honestly and did everything possible to find the car I wanted. Ryan worked diligently to make the best deal and fit the 'numbers' into my budget. Simon explained the financial details and helped me select the package that was just right for me. Jamie was awesome at sharing her expertise on the actual car itself. And of course Joe was involved in every aspect of the deal, adding a personal touch of his own. Win, win for me! I will definitely be back and know that my car, and I, will be well taken care of!

I initially contacted this dealership online to ask for an internet price. They responded within an hour with a great price and I decided to come in for a test drive. I worked with Derrick Rhodes who was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the car. He was never pushy and was a pleasure to work with. We were able to talk through the price and the value of my trade in and an agreement was reached fairly quickly. I found the negotiation to be fair and painless and got an excellent price. The financing process was equally painless. Overall, I found this dealership to be less pressured than most and I enjoyed the experience. The facilities are immaculate and the service was top notch.
