My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from them. We dealt with Ed and he was a great salesman. No pressure just helpful and easy to deal with. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. They never hesitated to help make things right answered all of our questions and we were very pleased. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour from them 2 months ago. Had some minor paint work that needed to be done, and I was assured it would be fixed. The first time I brought it back, the guy did a poor job and apologized. I actually had to call the sales rep to find out what happened. So I brought it back a second time. The second time, the painter didn't show up, even though the sales rep confirmed the appointment the day before. The sales rep then assured me that someone would travel to my house/work to do the job. After numerous calls, and finally getting in touch w/ the GM, I had an appointment. The painter showed up, said he would need to do it at another location, so we set it up for my house the following weekend. He never showed up. So, I'm back to calling on the dealership, who now doesn't return my calls. (The GM, sales manager, and sales rep...none of them return calls.) They want to pick my car up (which is what they wanted to do when they were selling me this car), and drive it 90 minutes away for them to fix their bad job at their location. I'm actually willing to drive it down there, but they won't call me back. They are horrible. I could name names in this, but I won't. Just stay away from them. One other lesson learned....if you don't take my advice and stay away, and would like something fixed by them, make sure it's fixed before you pay for it.

1. Despite 3 calls, my trade in was never cancelled and just now received a final DMV letter saying it has been revoked and there is a $50 civil penalty on my license due to liability insurance. 2. As part of negotiating, installing a remote start was promised but it's been 3 months and they still haven't even ordered the part (siting switching companies). After 3 months, you would think they could figure out their supplier issues, get the part from a neighboring dealer, or at least call me with updates. 3. May have just been ignorance but I was told by their finance guy that I could not use the SECU's 2.75% loan and was given a 4.5% loan instead. The following day switched it over to SECU with no problems. I get they may be busy, remote starts take time away from other more lucrative installs, and they make money on loans but if you treat the customer well, they become repeat buyers and refer others. That's sales 101.

Running ad for 2013 used Dodge RT Max, we drive 85 miles to look at it and its not a RT Max. The pictures they are showing in the ad's are not even the pictures of the car they selling. They say "oops" but we have a new one we can sell you. A bad way to get customers in!

My entire family and I have been buying cars from the bleecker automotive group for years. They have a wonderful sales team and they are just all around a great group of gentlemen. I would never buy a car, truck, or suv from any other dealer. I have refered several of my friends to there dealership. They are so easy to deal with and they will do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. I am a Bleecker customer for life!!

They went up on the negotiated price by $500. I saw a used 2007 Toyota Prius on their web site for $26900. I called and over the phone and since I was paying cash, was given an "out the door price" of $24500. This included tax, tags and fees. I first declined the deal because I thought it was too high. I checked other dealers, and realized I could not beat the original price. I called back within 2 days, and offered them $24000. The sales manager said he'd ask the owner to do $24250. The next call I got said they could not even honor the original quoted price of $24500. The owner said I'd have to pay $25000 if I wanted the Prius. DO NOT BUY A CAR, TRUCK OR SUV from these people. If a man will not keep his word, then you do not need to give him your money.
