Fabulous Chevy Equinox 2022 purchase experience

From start to finish Tr salesperson and staff at Bleecker were fantastic. Purchasing my 2022 Equinox while out of state was a hurdle, but everything was ready for me when I finally walked through the door. Delivery and the time spent on explaining and setting up the vehicle features for me was above and beyond.

Almost lost my tire

Had to wait an hour for the shuttle after dropping off my vehicle. Never received a call stating my vehicle was done. Called to see if it was done at 3:40 and was told it has been done, asked for the shuttle and was told the stop at 3. Then while driving on 95 in Virginia I feel a vibration, pull off and find loose lug nuts on the passenger rear tire. Tightened 7 out of 8, the last one had a loose stud. Tires were never torqued, just installed with an impact causing the stud to spin. 3.5 hours later and a repair bill from another to shop to fix the mistake I was back on the road.
