I just purchased a new vehicle from Modern Nissan of Concord. The entire experience from the greeting through driving off the lot was exceptional! Our salesman Gil was very informative but not pushy. I do not like going into the finance office just because it always seems you walk out not knowing what you added on. But even the finance office was a pleasant experience and Michael went over everything we were purchasing and respected what we didn't want to add on. This is not my first purchase from Modern and most likely will not be my last!

Actually, our sale rep was the most pleasant experience. Gil was informative. Took us on a tour of the dealership. That impressed me. The additional people behind the "counter" was just so polite and respectful. Customer service is 100 percent everything. Modern Nissan delivered 1000%. That's 1000... not 100!! Take note, other dealerships of any type! There is no other dealership like Modern Nissan of Concord, NC.

I love how Gil listen to what I wanted and he wasn’t pushy. You can tell this dealership cared about their customers. Gil and Michael bent over backwards to work with me on my car payment. like the way we were treated when we arrive . mr javier lagunas went the extra mile for us. don't like the internet as it gave you a price and payment and when you do the deal is not what you were planning to have. internet should be more accurate.

Beautiful car and really nice sales person but felt disrespected upon speaking with the sales manager when discussing the list price of the car. His focus was on my ability to afford the vehicle at the current list price and my legitimacy of my bank where I was pre-approved. Since he hadn't heard of the bank before he assumed it didn't exist. He stated that "not everyone can afford this type of car". We ended up purchasing the same make, model, year and similar mileage with the same features and price at another dealership.

Xavier was so cool and nice. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and most of all, empathic. There were some incidents that were out of everyone's control that frustrated me but when I brought these frustrations to his intention, Xavier did everything in his power to make me feel better.
