Exceptional Polestar 2 Service

We lost our "Activity Key" and needed to get a second key. The service was prompt and completed early. A technician sat with me in the car to verify correct pairing of both of our cell phones. I can't say that I agree with cost of digital keys for Polestar or the software design requiring a technician to pair/unpair keys, but given that's the requirement, I couldn't have been easier. They also had a fast charger available to get us back to Asheville without an additional stop.

University Volvo was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We introduced ourselves to Jeff the Manager who immediately introduced us to Alton. We were so impressed with not only the quality of the vehicles Volvo offers, but also the knowledge of the vehicles provided by Alton. He took his time, listened to our needs and found the perfect Volvo for us. Once the purchase was completed, we were turned over to Evelyn who was the expert in all of the bells and whistles we needed to understand on our new Volvo. She was very patient and led us through a long tutorial. She also assisted with our additional calls. Great service all around.

I needed an inspection and a few @alerts” were showing on my Volvo. The service department worked to get me an appointment on the only day I had available. Total time in was less than an hour and was returned to me with all “alerts” resolved, a new current inspection & an exterior (free) car wash.

The Best Car Buying Experience EVER!

I was truly honored and blessed with my car buying experience at University Volvo. My salesman was Alton and his subject knowledge expertise was beyond measure. Alton took the time to ask what I personally wanted with my new Volvo experience and then he built the car to fit my specific request. I never felt pressured or game playing with University Volvo. The experience was completely professional and honest. The most rewarding part of the experience was that I walked in and within an hour or so I had several cars to choose from, financing and the service department promptly got me on the road in my brand new car. I've been driving for over 40 years and have purchased at least 8 cars in my life time and I have never experienced the customer service and family environment I experienced at University Volvo. I also want to thank Jeff the GM and David the Finance Manager, the handoff to both of them was exceptional. I will drive a Volvo for LIFE...See you in 2025 when the electric cars release. Tonya and her team are always pleasant. My only recommendation is the pricing and description listed on the Volvo app when booking service matched the dealership prices. I was aware it was time for spark plugs, but wasn't given the cost to replace them when the service advisor called me- this was a gentleman and not Tonya. After learning of the price, I contacted 2 other Volvo dealerships in the area that quoted the same service at a lower price. The team is always so pleasant and nice though! Tonya does a great job!
