onBrandon was awesome - kept me informed throughout the process and delivered on the expectations of my wait time so I was in and out fairly quickly. He also offered to complete my recall fix while I was there which added less than an hour to my completion time. Brandon also let me know when I should be returning for my next visit. He was very pleasant and helpful, but I have come to expect this type of service from Parks Chevrolet (Ikea)!

onMy salesperson Sharon was absolutely amazing. She kept me updated on the status of my new Chevy Equinox from start to finish. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her as your next salesperson. The finance manager Taquila was just as amazing as Sharon. Very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with what my monthly payments were going to be. She walked me through each document and made sure I understood everything before signing. Everyone I came in contact with at Parks Chevrolet was amazing and made me feel so welcome. I highly recommend Parks Chevrolet for your next car buying experience.

onIt was a great experience from start to finish. I wasn't sure of the issue with my car so I made an appointment and dropped my car off. Within a hour I received a call and a email with the issue. My car was repaired and ready the same day. And the price was reasonable. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will return.

onThe service team has a wonderful thoroughness with their work, which is rare for companies these days. Had a minor known issue with my 2019 Traverse that was easily resolved. The team at Parks was even able to get me in quickly to resolve even in light of my restrictive schedule. Had a great experience with the sales team and that has now been mirrored with the service team. Very happy I made the choice to buy with Parks.

onI purchased my HHR from Parks and I have always had it serviced at Parks. On two occassions I've had to return after service because of things not being completed correctly on my car after being serviced. They were kind and understanding when I returned by it could have been avoided if they had first be through it their initial service on my car.

onVisited on Friday, 10/30. One lady acted like I didn't have an appointment (talking to another associate about how there wasn't anything scheduled, only one mechanic or whoever left). Left papers in my car. Did not give me a report or updated sticker. Worse service I had and I have been a member for 4 years.

onRepairs took a month longer than was promised. Tommy treated both my wife and me with disrespect. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to the collision center at Parks Chevrolet.

You Took Me For A Bumpy Ride

onI brought my 2007 Chevy Uplander in for a diagnostic test. The ABS light was on and when the car reached 50mph it would begin to shake. I dropped my car off at 7am on 7/6/15 and placed the key in the drop box. I was called by Cynthia "Cindy" Vasquez who called to tell me what the issue was for the car and that it would cost over $700 for repair and she would see if she could find a discount to assist with pricing. I advised her to go ahead and make the repairs. She then called back before or around noon to advise the repairs were complete. I picked up my car after 2pm on the same day paid a total of 698.60 and within a minute once I begin to drive the car it still had the same issues of the car shaking when I reached a certain speed. I immediately called Cindy back and told her my car was in the same condition other than the ABS light being off. She said oh it will be the same until you buy tires for the vehicle and prior to my paying or being given the estimate was never told you can get it fixed, but it won't get better until you get tires. No one told me that after paying almost $700 I would still experience the same issues with the car. I would have tried to do it all at once, but again I wasn't told. I was suppose to call back to allow a mechanice to drive the car on Saturday, but had a family emergency and could not do so. On my drive home on yesterday the ABS light came on again so I am beginning to question if the car was repaired at all. Woke up this morning and the ABS is off don't know what's going on, but something wasn't done and I paid for it. I brought the car to the dealership in hopes that since it was a Chevrolet that it would be taken care of, but I feel I was taken advantage of and my car is still in disrepair. I am trying to gather the money for tires now, but the experience was disheartening to me and I do not have money just laying around to pay the dealership and my car still run the way it did before it was repaired. Trying to stay away from shade tree mechanics and I still feel like I was taken for a ride. Very Unsatisfied Customer, Shrounda Alston P.S. I gave one star because it wouldn't allow me to proceed without it.

Parks Has Turned it Around

onI attempted to buy a car from Parks 8 months ago and I have seen inanimate objects that have better people skills than the sales personal there. Apparently they reshuffled staff and it is leaps and bounds better. I suggest working with Mr. Cox. He had it together and got it done for me when I needed him to.

These people really care about my needs from picking out a vehicle to talking numbers to financing it...everything was easy and non-stressful.
