The service is on point. From the moment you drive in until you leave. Advisor Brock Ward is the third advisor I have worked with and he is the best. AAA service from him, excellent communication skills. Will not work with anyone else or any other dealership.

Brock Ward is great

I don't hate getting my Lexus serviced. It does usually take 1.5 hours-2 hours, so I grab a snack and connect to their wifi to do some work. When Brock is there it's even better because he's really nice & disarming. I like the video the guy working on your car sends you at the end of the service.

Had the 30K service and battery changed. Chase Ward was my service advisor and did a great job. Promised it back at noon and exactly at noon he finished the job. Kept sending text messages and also a video report of the car's inspection as they walked around. Installed a new battery for a very reasonable price. I worked with this dealer for over a decade and they are all awesome there

Im such a satisfied customer that Im on my second automobile from HLN. Great service, attention, coffee, snacks, and greeting cards. The best selection ever, really. i always purchase 3 to 5 cards during my visits, Lol. I dont mind waiting there even when given the option of a loaner. What can i say.
