Amazing experience buying my first vehicle! Chris and Matt helped me through every step of the process and we had fun at the same time! They answered every question I had and explained things when I didnt understand! Definitely recommend this dealership! Staff are helpful and friendly! Over all great experience 10/10 would recommend!

Ask for Mr. Norman he is a great person to get you a vehicle!!! I purchased my new 2017 Nissan Sentra on Tuesday, November, 14, 2017, and I was very pleased. Mr. Norman is patient, consistent, and has a good sense of humor to ease your stress in buying a car. He is also quick in making sure that you have THE best in details of a vehicle. The discounts helped me a lot as a former graduate college student as well. Friendly is an understatement, and he is not pushy when it is time to make important decisions. When you visit Mr. Norman he was extremely organized when it was time to complete my paperwork. I definitely will give him 5 stars without a doubt.

Best afar buying experience Ive ever had.

I called and spoke to Matt first, he was very nice and even walked out to the lot to make sure the car was there since I was driving two hours. He gave the keys to Sean to hold until I could get there to see the car. I had a slight wait for Sean but he was very nice and moved me through the process quickly. Aaron in finance didn't pressure me when there was a problem with price and in fact worked with me to get the payment I could afford. I would highly recommend your dealership.

Initial contact started through the internet and I wasn't expecting to meet with the same person I dealt with online but was surprised that's exactly who we met with in person. Everyone was very friendly; from sales to finance. Wonderful team!!

Norman Craig is a genuine guy

I purchased my first Nissan from Norman Craig in Dec of 2009. I have since purchased 3 Nissan from him. He still calls to check on my family periodically. I know he has a computer reminding him but ,he never misses my wife's or my birthday. Every phone call he makes and every time we visit the dealer for service, he greets us like we purchased 20 . If anyone ever considers a Nissan product, they should visit Norman Craig at East Charlotte Nissan. You may not leave with a Nissan, but you will leave with a new friend.

I had certain perimeters that needed to be meet: payment per month; type of vehicle, etc. and after giving information to Spencer Lueders; he and his team worked hard to get us into a car. I could not have been more happy with him and Trey during the paperwork process. Pat was also awesome; during the financing part. He gave some great advice that will help in the long run. I have a lot of respect for the dealership. My husband and I didn't feel like we were in a revolving door. Great service East Charlotte Nissan. I have business cards that I will most definitely be handing out.

2014 Pathfinder Platinum

Test drove Acadia, Highlander, CX-9, and Explorer at competing dealerships. The Pathfinder had everything we wanted and then some a great price. Negotiating with Norman @ East Charlotte was a good experience. Rick in finance was quick to make it happen. They honored their commitments and took care of business quickly.

East Nissan was very eager to get the price down to what we had a limit on. All the people involved were courteous and willing to do what it took to makes sure of my satisfaction even after the sale. I was called after the sale by the salesman to make sure I was satisfied.

Traded 2005 Titan for 2014 Altima

Stopped in to browse around, salesman was courteous and friendly, showed us several vehicles that we were interested in and after test driving the Altima and getting what we felt was a great trade, decided to purchase the Altima. Buying experience was great, and everything was prepared while we transferred our belongings to new car. Drove out in the car we most liked and have not regretted the purchase.

I had been shopping for a new car, but had the issue of being upside down on the car I had. I just sort of assumed I couldn't afford a Nissan, which is what i wanted. But after dealing with several other dealerships and being treated horribly to say the least I decided to give it a shot. When my wife and i came in we were greeted by Norman C. I told him of my situation and despite everything working against me he made it happen. I got into exactly what i was looking for and brand new, the man physically searched the entire inventory to find me what i wanted that i could afford, i didn't really think i would find that kind of service anywhere. When we went from sales to finance we were with Eun S, and again I was met with amazing service, she explained everything perfectly, answered all of our questions and made the complete experience from start to finish great. They even gave me an entire day to get my other car cleaned out before turning it over. If your looking for a new car, even if you think you cant afford it, this is where you need to be. You wont find any better service or deals anywhere else. This is the 3rd car my wife and I have from them and we wont be going anywhere else. For Norman and Eun thank you both again. I'm telling everybody i know to come see you.

No Service After The Sale

My Wife and I bought a used 2006 Nissan Maxama from East Charlotte Nissan in last 2006. We also purchased an extended warranty from them at that time. A short time later we started having some problems with the car and took it to two different local dealers to have it repaired and they were both unable to find the problem ( we bought the car out of state). We ended up trading the car in on a Toyota 4Runner and started trying to get our money back on the extended warranty. 10 months, dozens of phone calls to the dealership, and 4 times faxing the paperwork, and still no satisfaction or money. Come to find out from a friend of mine (who is a finance manager) the finance sales person you speak with to get your loan gets a bonus for selling the extended warranty, and if there is a refund to be made in a situation like mine they loose money( from their pocket) on that. So the paper work mysteriously keeps getting lost. Now I will have to say, The buying experience was great.From there on in, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!
