onEveryone was very friendly. I expected that this would be the case since it was, in fact, a dealership. However, at this particular dealership, I got the feeling that it was genuine. They all seemed to go above and beyond what I felt was necessary from a professional organization. This included the people that I had no dealings with whatsoever. I felt that I was helped more than was needed by everyone; even those not involved with the sale of the vehicle I purchased. Any frustrations I had were quickly put at ease when I talked to my salesman, Jeff. He used his years of dealership experience to assure me that all was well even though I was coming from out of town to buy a vehicle. Overall, a very good experience. I am glad I bought my vehicle from the folks at Stearns Ford in Burlington, NC.

onOverall a great experience. Work was completed in a timely manner. The service staff were very accommodating and treated me with respect. As usual in this economy the price was a bit higher than I had hoped, but I was given a quote before the work was started.

onLet me start by saying my salesman Charles Gary is great. Unfortunately the sales manager, also named Charles, was TERRIBLE! He sold me something that was already on the vehicle as an add on. He also told me he would take off another add on item but that was not so. I ended up paying a lot more for a vehicle than I had expected. Also one of those items was a “resist all” package which was told to me that it would cover all my interior and exterior. When I asked about a hole in the seat I was told to make a claim through the company. Turned out it’s not covered. Charles was going to have it repaired by his upholstery person so I brought it in for that and the detail they didn’t do at time of purchase. I waited over an hour and was presented with a bill for an inspection on the vehicle I turned in. I refused to pay it so Charles said well do you want the hole fixed? Really??? No I don’t need anything if you think you’re going to manipulate me anymore. I left and NOTHING was done.

onTony Mabry was great to work with and so was Ray in the finance! No pressure at all, and they even stayed late until I got my own financing taken care of! I drove an hour and 20 minutes to their dealership because they had the car I wanted at a fair price, and they made it all worth the trip! 3 years of maintenance is included and I'll go back to have it done just so I can visit lol! I highly recommend Stearns Ford!

onOn Tuesday May 14, 2019 my wife and I purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V from Stearns Ford. On Saturday May 18, 2019 the air conditioning failed. I contacted them and was informed by the sales manager that I should have purchased a extended warranty and that they would not do anything to help us. I posted this information on their Facebook sight and they responded that I should contact them and see if anything could be worked out. They left their central phone number as a contact. Upon calling I was informed that no knew about the posting and there was nothing they could do. This response was to make them look reasonable on Facebook. If you are considering purchasing a previously owned vehicle DO NOT DO SO FROM STEARNS FORD. They will NOT back the vehicles they sell. We are elderly and they are heartless.

onPaige is such a great guy! He helped me buy my car from Stearns Ford 2 years ago and just helped my husband and I buy another last week. He is honest and not once did he make us feel pressured or unsure. He gave us multiple options to help us find the perfect truck for our family. We made the decision 2 years ago when we purchased my car that the next would come from them. It was solidified last week that we will NEVER go anywhere else. We already have it in the works to buy the next one! And I do have to add a side note about the service department. I don't trust many people to be honest with me about service details but I absolutely trust these guys. They call BEFORE they do anything to confirm with me that 1- it's what I want done, and 2- that it's not going to financially hurt us. Who else does that??? They even give me suggestions as to what I can do to help and what can wait a little while and still be perfectly safe. My mechanic husband even trusts these guys to service our cars without question or doubt that they are doing ANYTHING unnecessary. Amazing people, these guys. Not one bad experience or bad word about them. My family will never buy (or get our cars serviced) anywhere else!!
