Went there to buy the a new vehicle model. Test drove the one on the lot which was sold when I got back in (fine). Did all the paperwork on buying a new one with was supposed to hit the lot the next day. Vehicle took 2 extra days to come in and then the guys on the lot were trying to sell the one I had already bought. I wasn't allowed to pick it up and instead had to go in and do all the paperwork over again. Pricing on the cars is ridiculous (apparently as a cushion against customers who want an unreasonable trade allowance), but you can get the right price pretty easily without a ton of wrangling. Would like more competence and more customer service, but I would buy from there again.
