We had a terrible experience with a service department at another Triangle-area Kia dealership. They had my husband's 2017 Optima for a week under a warrantable repair and refused to provide a loaner car or rental, said it was against Kia's policy. After calling a dealership in Wake County to verify that, I was told that wasn't true. We knew we'd never buy another Kia with that dealership, nor take a car back there for service. When I decided to buy my Telluride, I drove from Durham to Burlington Kia and ordered one with Hunter. I happily drive past the other Kia dealership on my way back to the Burlington service department each time my vehicle needs servicing, and I've never been disappointed. Michelle and the service staff are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. They don't recommend unnecessary repairs, will advise when something should be done, and always give the pricing options for any of the given circumstances in advance of doing the work, eliminating any unpleasant surprises at the end. They're truly dedicated, making the effort to discover the source of any issue that I've mentioned. Each time I arrive, my service agent, Valerie, always asks if I need an Uber to take me anywhere or if I plan to stay in the well-appointed service area- I usually wait and work. With that, she gives me an estimate of time, offers me a bottle of water, some coffee, or tea, and she follows up with periodic updates. The few times I've had something more involved requiring a day or more, she's set me up with a rental immediately, without issue. The rest of the service staff- the agents and the techs- are just as friendly and diligent; always wanting to make sure they get it right. Can't say enough about them and I wouldn't take my Kia anywhere else.

My sales consultant, Jordan Davis, was very kind, helpful and courteous from the very beginning. It started with opening the door for me to carefully explaining all of the features of my new vehicle to answering all of my questions, all while doing so in a very timely manner, which I most certainly appreciated. I was very impressed with the entire process from start to finish and would definitely recommend Burlington KIA, as I am a repeat customer and absolutely love KIA vehicles including their service team. Our salesman was extremely patient with us, answered all of our questions, made sure we understood everything about our new car and the sign off details of our trade in, and went out of his way to communicate with us every step of the way through our purchase, from application, to approval, to signing paperwork and driving off the lot in our brand new Kia Soul, which we love. We only buy from the Kia dealership in Burlington, and I made sure to tell everyone at work if they're looking for a car, they definitely need to go to Kia.

I have dealt with this service department twice now and they have been great. Friendly staff and repairs accomplished within a reasonable amount of time. The only issue was a return for a failed component no one could provide a root cause for the failure of a new part installed only a few months back. But overall satisfied parts do just fail sometimes.
