2018 blue ram truck

Best car buying experience

Highly recommend Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville! I was very pleased with my experience here! Everyone from the sales professionals to the business managers were excellent and walked me through every step without feeling pressured or like they were just trying to sale me a car. They sat with me and found a car that fit my needs and listened to what I wanted. Will be back!

Rare honesty

I’ve had a few cars in my life, most of them not great. When I first came across this dealership I liked it a lot because the sales people seemed to super friendly and honest about their products. But that’s when I got my used Ford Focus that is the very definition of a lemon. Seeing as the manufacturer was Ford, I felt with them for the remaining time I owned the car. When I was fed up with it I came back to Fred Anderson’s dealership to buy a new Nissan this time. They were absolutely wonderful. When I told them about the Focus they sold me they seemed to actually car and the GM came out to talk to me. I appreciate the people here and their intent to be honest and upfront. And I love my new Sentra!

Typical Dealership.

I bought a nice 2015 Nissan from Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville. It had only 15000 miles on it with a clean Carfax..Everyone was very nice at the time of the sale, but after I found a place on the front driver's side fender that had been damaged I took pictures with my cell camera. I called Tyler and told him about it and he had Chris call me to discuss the issue. He told me he did not see the place on the fender, but evidently he did not inspect the car that well. Seemed to me he was not interested because it had a clean Carfax. It's not easy to spot it right off, but it is there and I have the pictures to prove. I drove over on the 8th and talked to Mark the assistant sales manager and let him see the pictures. He said they wanted to make it right but I have not heard anything and it has been over a week.I would not have purchased the car if I had seen the damage at the time of sale. I believe the Carfax reports could be a fraud and a tool for the dealerships to charge more.

Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the paperwork process only took about an hour. In previous experiences with other dealerships the paper work has taken 2-3 hours. Bobby was very helpful and efficient.

Purchased a new car

My husband and I stopped by to see a Nissan Versa and see what other options were on the lot. We were greeted by Sam Hartman who is a very nice,caring,salesman. He was very friendly,polite,and concerned with our needs. He showed us several cars and test drove a Sentra. Loved the car and how it handles the road efficiently. Little did we know before we walked in that we would be buying a car that day...however, I did need a car and I choose to purchase from this car dealership. They are very friendly,personable staff and I would recommend anyone to Fred Anderson Nissan. I would also recommend Sam Hartman to my friends,coworkers,or whomever is in need of purchasing a car. There was never any pressure to purchase this car,it was our decision.

Unhappy Customer

Bought a brand new Nissan Frontier a couple weeks ago. Only had it 1 week and it started leaking from the roof of the truck during a rain storm. The Dealership is trying to fix the problem by simply putting a bandaid on it as well as not being very easy to deal with. It seems like all they care about is that they got the sale and can add it to their monthly numbers but now don't want to stand behind their truck!

Awesome experience

I have bought many cars in my day and never had a good experience until I stepped foot into Fred Anderson Nissan and and met Sam Hartman. He just felt "real" and had my best interest at heart. Together we found the perfect car that was safe for me and my little girl Roxie. I was texted him late at night on his personal cell phone asking him about different cars and he helped me out no matter what time it was. Chris Moore was very helpful and always had a genuine smile on his face when interacting with me. Michael was also very helpful not to mention he too is a huge Star Wars fan like me so that made signing all the paperwork a little faster. Love these men and all their help but Sam is my favorite. A true example of a gentleman.

Asheville Nissan is Great

My wife and I bought a new 2016 Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 crew cab truck from Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville, NC. Our salesman, Devin Dzioba and the new car Sales Manager, Mark Clampitt, both worked hard and long to insure that we had the best deal and right vehicle to meet our needs. No one else within a hundred miles could touch their price and no one else has the Fred Anderson Family Plan which includes free oil changes for life, free power train warranty for life, free car washes with every service, and many other features that make this dealership the #1 place to go to buy your next Nissan. Update: just had some ordered parts service on our shiny new red truck. Jennifer Kendall in the service department was knowledgeable and helped us get our rear folding bed cover, body side moldings and WeatherTech floor liners all installed perfectly, professionally and in a reasonable amount of time, while we waited in Anderson's comfortable lounge with gourmet coffees and big screen TV. These are good people who will give you best deal and the best service. Check them out.
