Every time I need to buy a car or have any friends or family members who need a vehicle I will always send them to see Anthony Greer at Hendrick Toyota. Not only is his product knowledge amazing, he also really went to bat for us to make sure we got the bast deal possible. The customer service was 10/10. They even got us a hat to go along with our car. Great team over there at Hendrick Toyota. Mr. Hendrick should be proud of you guys

I've been a customer of Hendrick Toyota Apex for about two years now. I have received great service on my vehicles during every visit. It is an extremely well manged dealership which puts the customer first. Customers are treated very well from the moment they park and enter the dealership. During this visit, I purchased(traded up to) a Tundra 4x4 Hybrid and it is an amazing solid truck. Ashley K was my sales rep and she does a fantastic job of helping with purchase decisions and she will take the time to show the customer whatever vehicles they are interested in, and answer any questions, so the customer is happy with their purchase( 5 stars). This is my second experience of purchasing a vehicle from Ashley. Jeremy was my finance rep. He was very friendly and helpful, and he did a great job of quickly processing my documents( 5 stars). I also had my RAV4 hybrid serviced and Morgan was my service rep(love this car getting 40 mpg on average). Morgan is super nice and also did a great job keeping me informed about my vehicle status( 5 stars). Hendrick really has an efficient process, so vehicles are serviced quickly for scheduled standard service under ToyotaCare. You will have a great experience at the Hendrick Toyota Apex dealership!

Douglas Hodges is the sales rep you need to see at the Hendricks Toyota Apex! He is super knowledgeable, super personable and very chill! He gets the sales job done without all the stress, hassle and annoying pressure to decide. He is down-to-earth and makes you feel like you’re buying a car from your best friend. Ask for him and you will assuredly have the car-buying experience that I experienced and you’ll leave feeling good about having purchased a car you felt good about rather then having been pressured into something you would rather walk away from. He sells from the heart and it shows in his character.

Hendrick Toyota ...an enjoyable. no pressure experience

I needed to return my leased Toyota Tundra (after 36mos) and I contacted Hendrick via their website. After a brief helpful and informative chat with Samantha, I set up an appointment to manage the return process and look for a new vehicle or buy my leased truck. I received excellent no-pressure service from salesperson Ashley who answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information and options( lease vs buy etc) that I needed to make a decision. I looked at several vehicles and after a test drive, chose the Rav 4 Hybrid. It's an awesome, very fuel efficient crossover. I next met with super nice guy Caleb in finance and completed my purchase. It was a very easy and quick paperless, electronic signing experience. Once again, Caleb answered all of my questions and provided the various finance and extended serrvice options with no pressure. In summary Hendrick provides a very comfortable experience by employing honest, well-trained and very nice people. I'll have to say the same for the service department as well. Although I am very sad to part with my Tundra, I'm really enjoying the RAV4 Hybrid. Thank you Hendrick Toyota.
