Very pleasurable experience dealing with Mr. Williams he made sure he got me the best possible deal he could. My wife and I never dreamed we could own such a beautiful truck at such a low rate. I would recommended anyone on the market for a vehicle to give them a chance, it’ll be tough for anyone to beat their numbers.

My experience at Central Ford was excellent! I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer stress free. Thank You Mr. Larry Williams for making my purchase feel comfortable and with no pressure. Our experience was all pleasurable; and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Central Ford. No pressure. We were very specific on what we wanted on our F250. They didn't have 'the one' on their lot, so they searched their databases and could not find the exact one within a reasonable distance either, so we ended up ordering from the factory. Again, no pressure to "settle" for something we didn't really want. Truck arrived a week ahead of schedule (thank you Ford) and was everything we wanted. Salesman/Finance Mgr. Larry Williams, as well as owner Jerry Stace, are both good guys & very personable, and we look forward to dealing with them in the future. Dennis & Susan Pauly Hertford County, NC

Great Buying Experience

My review is a little late but, better late than never! My husband and I had been eyeballing expeditions for almost a year every time we would drive by Central Ford (which is several times a day). In September, we finally took the plunge. My husband met up with a salesman named Dale and he went above and beyond to make sure we could get the expedition we wanted. We were very pleased with our purchase. We bought used so we knew it wouldn't be perfect but it was perfect for us so, when we took it back to the dealership to get the starter looked at/replaced Dale was there to help us again. Even though he doesn't work in the service department he still went and spoke to the owner who offered to help us with the cost of getting the starter replaced since we have only had the vehicle for 3 months. We will definitely be buying future vehicles from Central Ford!

A gem among thorns

I've been buying cars all over the country for over forty years and I've never enjoyed doing it. Until I went to Central. I was looking for a truck, and Dale at Central Ford knew exactly what I was asking for. He didn't try to switch me to a more expensive truck. He didn't tryo to jack up the price. He even looked for extra rebates to try to save me more money. And he was nice and friendly which is rare these days. If you want easy and no pressure car buying, go to Central Ford and you'll be glad you did.

A Unique Experience

I have purchased many cars in the past and can say that my experience with Central Ford has been the most impressive with the staff and salesperson. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and exceeded my expectations and after researching, I could not find a better price on my 2016 Ford Fusion! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

A breath of fresh air

A few months ago, I was in the market for a new SUV and had decided on the Ford Escape. I hate car shopping because there is always pressure by the salespeople, and if I tell them that I am not buying today, they act like they no longer have time for me and want to move on to the next person. So, this time I decided to call around and shop online. I shopped online, then narrowed it down to a few dealerships. Then, I called those car lots to ask about prices and options. After I called a few other places, I called Central Ford, and my first surprise was when a real person answered the phone. I was transferred to a salesperson named Dale, and he seemed genuinely glad to help me. I asked a lot of questions about the different options on the Escape, and he patiently answered them all in detail. When I asked about making an appointment to go to the dealership in a couple of days, he didn't pressure me to come "today" or "right now" like the other places had. A few days later, I arrived at the dealership to check out the Escape. I test drove it, and the Dale went over every option, knob, and button that I asked about. I kept expecting the sales pitch and the pressure to buy to begin, but it never did. I ended up buying the Escape, and the entire process was very pleasant! I have been enjoying my SUV for a couple of months now, and Dale has called me not once, but twice. The first time he called was the day after I bought it. He called to see if I had any more questions about all the buttons and options. He called again about a month later and reminded me that if I needed anything, that I should feel free to call. Now, I think that maybe I shouldn't hate shopping for a car so much. Maybe, I've just been shopping at the wrong places.

We have purchased two vehicles, both used, from this dealer. Both times the service was above and beyond exceptional. Both the salesmen were bright, NOT pushy, and knowledgeable! There was no pressure to purchase and they took an extraordinary amount of time with us. Our last salesman even tried to talk us into waiting for a couple of months to get the car I really wanted but of course, we didn't! Even though we have been extremely happy with our Chevy Trailblazer, yes, I bought a used Chevy at a Ford dealer, (with a Chevy dealership right across the street no less!!) I wish we could have waited to get the Freestyle. We will be back and even if we move out of state, we will still come back here. This dealership is like a family, and they train their sales people to treat you like a person, not a commission. They worked very hard to help us get the vehicles we wanted, at an incredible price, both below Kelley Blue Book, as we had some slight "dings" in our credit and no down payment or trade in! They are awesome! I will never be able to say enough good things about Central Ford!
