My experience at Yonkers auto-mall was a very positive one. Anthony H. worked with me. He was patient and knowledgeable in regards to car sales. They were able to find me a lower interest rate than the one I walked in with. Yonkers auto-mall has a team that works as a team to find us the best cars, rates, and deals.

The service was very outstanding. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the office. The sales people were very nice and very determined to help and, answer any questions i had. Anthony H. the salesman i had helped me to get into the vehicle that i desired. I give Yonkers Auto Mall a five star rating, everything about the place was great i would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family

In February 2012 I asked from Yonkers auto mall website for price quote for 2009 dodge journey didn't get one (Red flag) they called me next morning the car is in stock and ready for test drive. I went there car wasn't ready. They Lied to me the bank want approve for dodge and there is $3000.00 bank fee another Lie so they showed me a Honda accord (By that time i should of walked out) advertised price $13490.00 plus $3000.00 bank fee but he told me he would give me bumper to bumper warranty witch it evens out Lie I found out he sold it to me the warranty $2000.00 . the promised me free oil change for one year you guested Lie free oil changed with tun up with KIA motors. Before the purchase i showed them the tires they looked bad promised they will change them , i went to change tires they said used tires only take it or get out of here. Wally was his name. Brakes they left me on the street one month later. Stay away from them. My biggest regret after all the great tips from Edmunds.com I did the opposite. The salesman Ralph clueless about cars The place stinks very pushy and IGNORANT People. after I was done signet the paper I felt disgusted like wanted to take shower after dealing with them.
