Lack of disclosure...

Purchased a Rav4 Prime, the sales person Fernando and the sales manager Herick, in an effort to sell me the car, did not disclose that that I will be receiving a single key fob instead of the standard two. After calling the dealership thinking it was a simple mistake, I was informed that Toyota is having a chip shortage and are only providing a single fob at this time. If I would have had this information before picking up the car I would not have purchased it. My wife and I share the car, she drops it off at the train station where I pick it up, we cannot use the car as needed so pretty much useless for us. The dealer can easily program a second fob do make this right, but I guess customer service is not that important after the car is off the lot...

Pretty much Awesome and Nice Dealer

Pedro is the most awesome and nice dealer I have met. He is very nice and humored. He gave me a very reasonable good price, and serviced me all the way, and did everything carefully and professionally. If he was not there, I might not buy the car. His professional style and kindness made me pay and picked up the car directly in the same day. I am a foreigner with a strong accent English. He helped me all the way to solve any problems I met with. Super Five Star Deals. His service Rocks! I really appreciated him.

I had a good experience with Sam, the Sales Managet turning in my Sienna lease and getting a new Sienna lease. The process was smooth and transparent. Pedro was amazing and kind walking me through the actual return of my lease and guiding me through the signing of the new lease. Pedro went above and beyond and was truly reassuring!

For anyone looking for an honest compassionate sales person, look no further. Pedro Segura is the man. He helped me track down the exact car I was looking for and got me an unbelievably deal to boot. It took him about 48hrs from start to finish and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. I can’t express how grateful and happy I am that Pedro was my sales person. It's always been a pleasure dealing with Westchester Toyota throughout the years we have gotten several cars and we have always been satisfied with the attention and service we have received. This time around Pedro, our salesperson, took the time to explain the benefits of upgrading to a Rav4 hybrid from a gas one and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

On May 27,2019 i started my new lease on the 2019 Rav4. Prior to this I came in to the dealership while i was shopping for new options and Pedro assisted me. During the interaction he was very knowledgeable and more personal than a product pushing seller. What made me come back to him to finalize my new lease. He provided a white gloves service and felt very pleased to close the deal with him.

Came today to look for a car and didn't think I was going home with one. Met a unreal super friendly and very knowledgeable sales rep Sean. Thanks to him I purchased my first car and extremely satisfied with all his help!!!! You need a car - ask for Sean @ Westchester Toyota. Someone who actually cared and helped. Prices online are the price so no funny business or "down payment" on a cash deal to trick you later. Sean, thank you.

Comfortable

I am thankful that Dennis and Pedro were able to work out a new Toyota Sienna all wheel drive without resorting to a lease while at the same time keeping my payment affordable. The car has a lot of features that I find useful and all the space I and my family need to ride comfortably. This is the second time Iâve bought from them and I both times have been a pleasant experience.

Another RAV4

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new 2019 Toyota RAV4, we were already pleased with our 2016 model, but the new one is definitely an upgrade both in quality and comfort. Pedro did an excellent job in getting us out of the lease of the 2016 early with no penalties and a reasonable price. If you are in the market for a small SUV, don't skip on the Rav4 and ff in the New York City/ Westchester area make sure you are assisted by Pedro Segura at Westchester Toyota.

I went to find a car for my daughter yesterday. John Madera assisted us with the search. He was friendly, helpful, patient but most importantly, not pushy. John took the time to clearly explain all my questions and I had many. I left the dealership well informed, confident in my decision, and with my daughter's new car.
