My 2021 Ford Explorer was totaled out by my insurance company due to water damaged. James Adams was my salesman. It has been very difficult to find a SUV that is affordable. I called James and he performed his magic. He e-mailed me that he was able to find the same Explorer in Black, with a affordable monthly payment. He is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He makes you fell like family. I will never use another salesman again. This is my 5th ford.

After making an appointment to go in for service- airbags recall replacement, the representative took pictures of my car and said they didn’t have the airbags. He said he would call me later that day and didn’t, I called the following and was transferred to voicemail and no call returned. Im driving in a car that is not safe.

After the service work had been completed I waited about an hour and a half before my car was ready because I was told they were washing it. For an hour and a half? I guess that is an improvement since the last time I was in for service they told me they were not able to wash my car. So much for truth in advertising.
