Received a quote from Pepe via Edmunds and went to the dealership with the quote. Percy Montes and Anthony Hernandez were friendly, knowedgable, and efficient in setting up the deal exactly as quoted. I could not recommend this dealership more highly!

Painless car buying

This is my 2nd purchase at this dealership. I recently purchased a q50s on the internet, Christine on the internet dept. quoted me the price and when I got there that's the exact price I paid for. Salesman, Johnny handled the sales without any pressure at all. And Chris at the finance dept. run my credit and was able to matched my APR with the credit union I got pre approved (the lowest APR). I was happy with that so all paper works were done at one place. I will recommend Pepe to any buyer. My first purchased was the FX35.

Great experience. Negotiated an online offer. Came in with the quote and it was honored with no tricks or shady smoke and mirrors. Both Mel and Chris were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Pepe Infinity and will refer all friends and family to this dealer.

The only dealership that responded to my request after I laid out the parameter. Gave me a competitive quote exactly as I requested initially without having to go back and forth. Christine who handled internet sales was very good. Mel who handled the sales process was also very pleasant and competent. Dealership honored quote although the process at the dealership took much longer than I expected. Many years ago had purchased an Infiniti at this dealership and found them very pleasant to work with.

Shady Business Practices.

Had a agreement in principal and at the last second they backed out. Why deal with such unethical and dishonest business practices when there are a number of other Infiniti dealerships in the Metropolitan area?

An Easy Experience for a Fair Price

I normally dread the car buying experience because it is filled with sales people who care little for anything but closing the sale. It was a rare experience that I stumbled upon this dealership on the internet and I got an excellent deal on a 2011 G37x. My local dealers refused to work with me and got annoyed if I had questions or wanted to adjust the deal to meet my needs. I look forward to going back to Pepe Infiniti and working with them in the future. Kudos to Christine, Matt and Angelo for changing my mind about car dealers. You were the best.

Classic Bait and Switch

This dealer was recommended via on-line service. Gave them the year, make, model, color, package I wanted. Was quoted a great price. Got myself pre-approved. Gave VIN for trade in. Ready to buy. Drove half hour to dealer. Arrived and nothing was ready. It was like I just walked in off street. Was there for 45 minutes. They didn't have the car they had quoted me and it wasn't going to be available. Was told I could get the next year model for $4K more. Wasted my time.

They had a great selection of certified pre-owned cars, were easy to deal with, and did not try sleazy sales tactics like other dealerships. I would enthusiastically recommend working with Rares. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. The dealership was a little stubborn about price and seemed rather understaffed at times but otherwise I had a great experience (certainly better than at other dealerships in the metro NY area).
