Top notch customer service. David Persaud helped me with an issue I was having that he had no obligation to. David and the staff were quick, accommodating and very nice. Beautiful showroom too. I would highly recommend Pepe if you are looking for a nice place with great service.

well i bought a car from this dealership and it was the worst experience i ever had buying a car. the salesman was unprofessional.when i purchased the vehicle they gave me temporary plates i called about my registration 5 days before it expired and the manager said it will be mailed out on tuesday and on saturday my temporary plates expired i live the next state over it does not take that long to mail a letter from new york to connecticut i called the dealership and the salesman said its in the mail and he does not know how it was sent to me he also told me drive the car with expired plates and if you get pulled over tell the police officer your registration is the mail which is illegal to do talk to local police department they told me i can't get my car towed and a ticket for not showing registration after that i called gmc customer complaints in which they said they will contact dealership which i heard nothing then i called gmc headquarters then someone from there helped me to get my registration which i received on the next tuesday so i could not drive the car for 3 days then i get a checkin the mail for over payment the check was dated three weeks old i paid $340 for them to transfer plates and dealer fees and this is how i get treated i did not get an apology or compensate me for the three days i could not drive i would never go back to this dealership

Excellent Car Buying Experience

After shopping around for several months for a used Cadillac CTS with certain options I was looking for, I finally found my vehicle at Pepe Cadillac in White Plains, NY. I visited the website and worked with salesman Kenny S. over the phone before visiting the dealership. Kenny found the perfect car for me at a very reasonable price that was within my budget. Before going to Pepe, I had several negative experiences at major Cadillac dealerships in NJ. Kenny and the people at Pepe treated me with dignity and respect, and, most importantly, we were able to make a deal that made everyone happy at the end of the day. In my experience, most dealerships and salesmen are just not willing to do this. Well worth the drive over the bridge into NY. The facilities are also top notch.
