Did oil change in mid-week around noon. Start to finish in an hour, and cost $80. Toilet was overflowing (Men's). Customer Service personnel was professional and courteous.

Westbury Toyota Is a large dealership with lots of sales help. It was relatively painless. My sales person John B was great. He seemed pretty honest and forthcoming. Even when I asked him a question he was not aware of, he said he would ask because he wasn’t sure which I appreciate. The finance guy, Alex was able to get me to the number I needed to be at. I definitely would recommend this dealership.

Terrible! Frustrating! Aggravating! Experience (Leasing)

The sales folks are pretty much OK. They've been well trained and really know how to make the customer feel he/she isn't being duped. But, they ARE car sales people, and that tells the story. They're friendly, calm, informative, knowledgeable. But: the buyer needs to know as much as possible before talking with these salespeople. On The Other Hand: The leasing person was arrogant, snotty, aloof, unwilling to answer questions. His attitude was: Don't bother to ask questions: We're not going to change anything in the lease documents no matter what you say or do. So, be quiet and sign these twenty-four papers. No, he didn't actually say any of those things, but all of that radiated from him during the entire forty minute lease process. [He did actually tell me to not bother reading most of the papers I had to sign.] Without question, one the the very worst experiences of my life. This is one customer who will NEVER deal with Westbury Toyota again. Not to buy. Not to lease.

Very happy with my choice

Car purchasing is like a twilight zone episode. There are no cars to test drive, as they are all pre-purchased, picking a car feels like fishing in the dark. Luckily, I was able to work with salesman Elijah at Westbury Toyota. He clearly, nicely, and with good humor, explained all of the steps and time frames involved in purchasing. I was able to get a beautiful RAV4 hybrid in a reasonable time. Thank you

They are very knowledgeable and will make all needed repairs on your vehicle. My service technician Janine Leuthner was very informative and provided great customer service, very easy to work with. Only issue is that the costs are Expensive!!

Well kept dealership. Cristian Reyes really delivered for us. He found us what we wanted and was not pushy on the sale. Applied credits for us. He brought the car around so we can load into the new one. While paperwork was being put in order he showed us the car features. The day after he took out the DVD we forgot.
