We bought a truck here for my wife the sold us a truck with two keys but only one key works on the vehicle. Also the stole $500 from us as a deposit. That was suppose to get refunded and never did.

Very friendly and well run establishment. I had an amazing experience at Auto Gallery Imports. Salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. At no point i feel pressured in any way. He did a great job, we found and bought the vehicle that we wanted, and really felt like we got a good deal.

after i purchased a bmw 328i,it had 1 key,they promised me extra key,after many phone calls they never got me one,/cost $400 at bmw./also said it had run flat tires,it did not got a blow out on hwy.with no spare and towed to mavis for 2 tires cost 479$ also put inspection sticker on window,witch i found out it needed brakes and rotors when i brought it to bmw afterwards.iall this within 2 months of owning car/// terrible experience /salesman mike?////

Cars are really clean inside and out. Facility is pretty nice. The workers are very kind and patient and very friendly. I knew i was in good hands first meeting jimmy. Showed me the car i came in for and i even spotted acouple others as i walked around. I didnt buy same day but jimmy continued to follow up with me and got everything done when i was ready. They dont rush you into buying and they make sure youre happy with the purchase. Shows you can still find a honest used car dealership. Thank you jimmy i will enjoy my new e class

Amazing service. I came in on a jewish holiday and was helped by nick and was politely informed i couldnt purchase a car but i could start everything to beging to process. Was thrilled with the customer service i recieved and put a deposite on a s550 i was set on. Came back next day and everything was taken care of by eli. Thank you again to all these guys that put this perfect deal.

Terrible deals... I had to drive 2 hours+ one way, just for them to give me any kind of number. One test drive, Sergio was too busy trying to get home, No talk about any price, monthly payment, or APR until I waited 3 hours... And they were highlighting spots on the papers they wanted me to sign when no deals or numbers were discussed.. Price of 2015 C400 advertised at $31k was put as $37999 and Monthly payment of $620.84 after 2k down and trade in that I was flipped on.. Why even advertise if the numbers aren't going to happen..

I went down to gallery to look for a deal on a 435xi gran coupe and thought they were going to try rip me off based on the reviews. Once i met Jimmy i found that these rumors were just that rumors, he was one of the most respectful sales guys I've met and Josh the finance manager was very good at working on the numbers to my liking. Give these guys a go they will put effort into making the sale something to not forget.

Avoid buying car from Jimmy Korman or any dealer from at auto gallery import at queens , These guys are not to be trusted with promises made at time of sale or with dealer add-on charges including dealer preparation fees, bank fees, warranties, etc. Buyer beware of deceptive sales tactics and misleading credit terms. Even with an second key that I didnt get and they promised at sale. I would not buy another car at this dealer. They do live up to the poor reputation that used car dealers have earned , dont let them rip you off !!!

If there was a ZERO star, I would have selected it. 1 Star is too much for this dealership. Went there from Massachusetts (4 hours drive), after talking on the phone with Drew about pricing and told him my budget, and he said of course it's negotiable. We went there and met a salesman Jimmy, tried the car and went to discuss pricing. All of a sudden there was a fee of $1200 for document fees and plates, while other dealers (BMW dealer) charge $395 for doc fees and plates. He brought in the manager Henry and then the finance guy who brought those fees up to $1290, trying to convince us of $995 of delivery fees written on the BMW laminated paper, which is for new cars only! Then I told him I was gonna take care of the plates and come with my plates pick up the car. The finance guy made up this lie that it is mandatory that he does a NY temp tag costing $200 (when online on NY dmv it costs $12.50). Anyhow we made our last offer of $800 fees and $1500 off on the car after they had agreed to bring the car down by $1000 and the salesman Jimmy said he was going to talk to the owner the next day and call us back. We waited 4 days and no one ever called us. My husband called Jimmy at the office and on cell phone with no answer. I called Jimmy from a blocked number, he hanged up on me 3 times after faking that he can't hear me. Meanwhile 2 days after our visit to this dealership, they removed the posting online. But they don't even have the decency to call us saying it got sold, or even answering our calls to tell us that the car got sold. These guys are not straight forward and not decent in the way they treat their customers, so only God knows how do they treat their cars! I would not buy from this place even if they offer me the car for $1.

I live in Virginia, found a BMW 2014 online @ Auto Gallery Imports, Westbury, NY through Cars.com, I talked to the sales person and went to NY to see the car & test drive, somehow, I was not able to make the deal that day and came back after a long drive. Just after 2 days I received a call from Henry Fuentes (Marketing Director) Auto Gallery Imports for a feedback of my recent Visit and reason not buy the car that day. I explained the reason, and he requested me to come back to buy the same car I was interested for with a more discounted price, and he offered me a free Air ticket or Rental Car to come over. What a good person and a great Customer Service. I went back again to Auto Gallery Imports, everyone in the dealership knew that I was coming, after a warm welcome I took the test drive and bought the Car. Condition of the car was same as Sales Manager & Sales Person honestly explained on the phone. I also met another very nice Guy Steven Ben, He helped me with my paperwork and finance. Within 45 minutes everything was done and I was on my way back home, driving the BMW I just bought. The team here at the Auto Gallery Imports in Westbury, NY took great care of me, Henry Taboada (Sales Manager), Jimmy Korman (Salesman), Sergio Rozin (Sales) Steven Ben (Finance Manager) and Henry Fuentes (Marketing) were very helpful & Friendly. I highly recommend them. for. Auto Gallery Imports is a great place to buy good quality Cars with great buying experience.

Terrible Customer Service

Called them to purchase a 50k car. They told me they could work with my credit despite my situation, so I put in an application. Told them I would put down whatever amount of money to get it financed OR PAY IN CASH. After sending in my information, nobody would talk to me anymore. Called once every 2 hours one day. The next I called twice. I was assured I would be spoken to, that's not the case. They obviously don't want to make sales. Steer clear of places.
