Call it no service department!

No concern and no communication regarding our vehicle under warranty. I initiated all communication. Car at dealership for 36 days. Would not approve rental vehicle unless diagnosis was under warranty. Couldn’t get diagnosis because they had to deal with Kia techs in California. Finally got approved for a rental vehicle and the diagnosis took another two weeks after that. The general manager of the dealership was responsive, but had no authority over the service department, or their delays. Excuse after excuse for delays. Car ended up needing new engine. When I finally picked up the car after 36 days, I was handed the keys and that was it. No discussion no explanation. No apologies nothing. I will never purchase a car from that dealership again!

Stop calling me w/ automated systems

They use computers to call me to do everything from remind me of service, to thank me for service, to submit a rating..... I absolutely hate it. Aside from automated calling they do ok. Love the free oil changes, I drive +20,000 a yr on the car, the changes stack up. Figure is it saves me $15-20 a month. When I got the car I had just totaled my previous car, they put me in the new car that same night and I don't walk in until 6:00 pm or so and I drove 3 Sportage models before deciding on the SX.
