Initially, my wife and I scanned the dealership website and lo and behold found the vehicle we both agreed we would probably look to lease. Their website included the VIN along with a picture of the Monroney sticker on the vehicle. Right from the start before we even entered the showroom we had a good idea of where we were going matched by what they had in stock and also answering most of our questions about the vehicle and its installed options. We entered our name and phone number into the website showing interest and soon got a call from their sales department, Christine Duncan, who then set up an appointment that was convenient for us with John Locasio. We arrived early for our appointment and utilized their spacious waiting room with large screen TV, coffee and snacks. Customer friendly and enjoyable. Christine stopped by for a spontaneous meet and greet and welcomed us to the showroom. John already knew of the vehicle we were interested in and was fully prepared. We did a test drive locally and it was exactly what we thought it would be. John worked on the phone with Allstate and smoothly secured the coverage. He put together all our financial, insurance and other personal data and we were off to seal the deal with business director David Lee. Mission accomplished…new car, new plates, new outlook and our newly leased vehicle waiting at the door for us. John walked us through the free trial period with OnStar in the car and reviewed the positions of some of the buttons, bells and whistles. The best of the best

I worked with Joe and Jamie and they treated me like family from the moment I walked in. They worked with me and did everything they could to make it work for me despite my less than ideal credit and capitol. There is no where else I will ever look again for a vehicle. I cant say enough

Look no further. This is the second car I have bought from Lew Mittleman. He is straightforward, honest and fair. The general manager, Bill Tuchler is unlike any I've ever encountered. He called me the night before my scheduled car delivery to tell me they owed me $30! This is the best Chevy dealer on Long Island for sure, and likely in New York State. General Motors should treat these guys like gold.

I continue to be a loyal customer of the Arnold Chevrolet Buick service department. They have been the only people to service my two Buick LeSabres and now I will only trust my new 2015 Chevy Malibu to their care. All of the service advisors are friendly and respectful. The automotive technician I rely on is Victor Agnitti. Victor always knows exactly what the car needs and expertly takes care of it. He is truly a Master World Class Technician.

Excellent experience buying a 2015 Chevy Malibu from Arnold Chevrolet Buick

On Friday February 27, 2015 I bought a beautiful Chevrolet Malibu 2015 at Arnold Chevrolet Buick. Bill Tuchler, the sales manager, sold me the car. I have complete confidence that the car I bought, with the expert help and caring advice of Bill Tuchler, is the perfect car for me and my present needs. I am also sure that the price I am paying is the fairest and best price for this safe, comfortable, and fully equipped car. This is the third car that I have bought through Bill Tuchler and the Arnold dealership. The other cars were a Buick Le Sabre 2000 and a Buick Le Sabre 2005. I was very happy with both of these cars. On Saturday, when I drove my new car home, it was spotlessly clean and it had a full tank of gas. Prior to leaving the dealership, another salesman, Joe Ward, patiently and affably showed me how to use the many features of the car.

The salesman Chris Sadusky was professional and was never pushy and we were very happy with the process of trading in our car. Marc went above and beyond to squeeze my appt in even though they were backed up... I really appreciate how he recognized my seatbelt replacement as a safety issue and went out of way to take care of it..

I was there for 2 recalls, they completed them 1 hour earlier than promised. Only issue was that the driver's seat had a few spots of grease on it. They are cloth seats and the tech tried to remove them with afta cleaning solution which didn't help, I am a smoker and I always shampoo the seats with resolve. It really isn't an issue because the spots were small and they will come out after I shampoo the seats. I have been buying and doing major service with this dealership since 1991 and never have a problem, in fact they usually go above and beyond!
