THE GOOD: The quantity of dealerships provides for a good selection of new or used vehicles. THE BAD: Small dingy showroom that lacks any resemblance of a modern car dealership. Sales people appear disinterested, unprofessional in appearance, and disingenuous while working with customers. The "No Haggle" business model feeds directly into the "Take it or leave it/We don't care" attitude displayed by the Sales Manager and Sales personnel. Trade offers are unrealistic and unreasonable. Sales personnel are unwilling or incapable of working with a buyer to achieve a mutually beneficial business deal. OVERALL: While the selection of cars may be appealing, I would suggest taking your time and money elsewhere. The chain of dealers appears to be in a middle area between "Mom & Pop" and a true franchise partner among the major brands. The attitude of the sales team needs an overhaul.
