Mazda of Valley Stream exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to auto dealerships. Kevin and Kareem were my sales people and they were amazing! I could not have had an easier car buying experience!! We were able to do all of the paperwork online which saved a ton of time. Also Kareem took care of working with my insurance company and getting me my financing. Everyone knows that buying a car in this covid climate is difficult but with Mazda of Valley Stream, you will get the best customer service and a very fair deal. They even purchased my lease return from me and I ended up making some money off of it! They are very fair with appraisals and have lots of new car inventory. I told them what I wanted and they had it! I ended up leasing a new Mazda CX-5 Reserve in red. I cannot tell you the amount of compliments I have received on this car. I already have a few people at work that want to get the same exact car! It is a great vehicle and has everything you need and then some. Kareem took the time to make sure I understood all of the tech in the car and made sure that all the settings that I like were setup. Kareem knows this car inside and out!! The CX5 is a great vehicle at a great price point!! I highly recommend Kareem and Kevin at this dealership because you will be taken care of like family!

I had the most pleasant and professional experience Mohamed and Tommy and everyone else at the dealership treated me so professionally, i highly recommend this Mazda dealership to EVERYONE! they went above and beyond to find the exact CX5 i wanted and they came through 100%! I will for sure be coming back to see them for all future services with my vehicle

Tommy, Mohammad, and Henry were all a pleasure to deal with while getting out of my old MAZDA6 and getting into my new CX-5. They made it all super smooth and gave the best service possible. Tommy helped build us the best package to cover my car til the end of its time with me. I've had horrifying car service experiences before and these guys relieved all my nerves and truly gave the best experience.

Ed was amazing. He took his time explained everything, answered all questions and worked overtime with his boss to get me the best deal possible. I’ve shopped at 3 different Mazda’s and upon walking into valley stream I felt welcomed & knew they would get our business. My fiancé and I are excited about our purchase and feel confident about the decision we made. Henry explained all the ins and outs of our new vehicle before our departure. If you’re looking for an honest deal and a stress-free car buying experience I highly recommend Mazda of Valley Stream. The ENTIRE team at Valley Stream Mazda could not have been better. Even the sales people that weren’t working with me were very friendly, down to earth, and professional. I’m sure all customers come in with their own set of circumstances and requirements of a vehicle and they worked with me to make sure I got not only what I needed but also what I wanted. I truly felt as if I was family. They were completely patient with all questions I had before, during, and after the sale. They went the extra mile to make sure I had nothing to worry about. Every single detail was taken care of. Even during a brief wait time several workers, even a few from the service department, had offered me a drink or something to eat. The dealership itself is very nice as there is a nice waiting area with coffee and snacks, a nice size TV, and a clean bathroom which means I won’t be dreading getting my car serviced here either. I would like to thank Tommy, Stephen and Kevin for all their help! But honestly, it won’t matter which salesperson you get as they are truly all wonderful. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

no after sales service

bought a mazda6 from them and after they sold the car they completely change their attitude towards me. especially the finance guy Tommy McGuinness made a mistake in the paperwork and inspite of his mistake he has no courtesy to return my calls or messages. after 6 calls when i get through to him he talks as if he is doing me a favour by doing so. these guys have no after sales customer service.
