Outstanding!

They made being an out of state customer an easy and enjoyable experience. I can't say enough about our salesman, Gary Noda and the Finance Manager, Tom Thurston. This was the fastest that we ever made it through the financing process and Tom was very thorough. Out of all of the Salesman that we have dealt with over the years Gary is, by far, the most knowledgeable and personable. He went out of his way to make sure that the 250 mile trip from PA was worth it! He went over every detail that the car had and we never had that at this level of detail. He made sure that the out-of-state process with the NY DMV and the process to get things transferred to PA were taken care of. He followed up with us via phone on the following Monday and took the time to make sure that we are totally satisfied with our new Suburban and answered a couple of questions. The people who evaluated our trade-in, cleaned the car, and made sure that the tank was filled and tire pressures correct are also top notch. I highly recommend this dealership and will return if the need arises.
