Dishonest Dealership that won't abide by their own rules

This dealership clearly posts certain values on every desk in the showroom, and on their website. As every new customer visits, these values are explained in detail by the sales person. They tell everyone that their used car prices are non-negotiable because they're the lowest and if you find a better price, they'll beat it. None of this is true. I've found lower prices and have submitted them to the dealership twice. On one occasion, I was kept waiting for 3 weeks while they "tried" to find a similar vehicle at the same price, even though they already had several on the lot, priced much higher. They never found that vehicle and never offered to sell me one of theirs at a competitive price. Then I submitted another ad for another vehicle, and was bluntly told "we won't do that" , while sitting at a table with their values clearly posted. When I threatened to complain to the Attorney General, they told that they would find a car in that price range. Keep in mind that this didn't work before, so I refused. Then they tried to sell me two similar vehicles with over THREE TIMES the mileage of the competing dealer's ad. In both cases, their cars had so many miles that the 3/36 new car warranty was due to expire quickly, making their cars no match. Then they had me wait two hours while they tried to find one, without success. In my opinion, this dealership and their values are a sham.
