Fantastic Dealership

Great people working there. Very attentive to me. Answered all my questions and concerns. Explained everything to me about the car, insurance and money. The salesman transferred all my things from the old car to the new one. Worked with General Sales Mgr, Finance Mgr, Salesman and Insurance. They all made this process very pleasant General sales Mgr. Igor Flyshman Finance Mgr Alfonse Esposito Salesman, Tommy Prato Insurance, William Edell!

Dishonest sales person.

Nissan Staten island, did paperwork for a car not noticing it's damage on bumper. Sales person didn't say anything until I said to him it's damage. Then he looks at me and tell me it's a used car. I asked him who pays so much money for a damage car. He tells me they doing construction around here and it got damage. They don't want to cancel contract because I left lot with car, not knowing if I left with it I can't cancel contract. If I had left the car and taught about it and went back in two days for the most, they would have to cancel it. I asked when I took the car back why I wasn't told about this, I was told this is not a conversation they have with customers. They willing to fix it, but who want a car knowing it was hit and they weren't honest about it.

I can’t believe they took so much as a down payment!

$8,500 down on a Nissan Rogue SV was Highway robbery and this is my 4th and last lease from Nissan, apparently they do not believe in customer loyalty!! I’m mad!

Quick and Easy but Efficient

We are not new customers to Nissan and we lease. We knew what we wanted (more or less) and our sales rep Fernando made everything simple. He reached out to us the day before our appointment and asked some basic questions and even had us complete some of the necessary paperwork. When we arrived for our appointment the paperwork was ready, we reviewed everything together before signing. Though our visit was quick and easy it never felt rushed. Fernando took the time to go over things with us and answer all questions.

Gratifying Experience

We've previously leased Honda's, first time leasing a 2021 Nissan Rogue CV AWD. From initiating the appointment with the Receptionist to being introduced to the Sales Representative who was both knowledgeable and after obtaining the Rogue very helpful with driving functionality. The Finance process made getting a vehicle from Nissan Dealership a gratifying experience.

3Only 19000 miles airbag light on,previous recall,only way to find out was to get diagnostic,152.bring cash they charge 4 percent for credit card,seatbelt part,not in stock,didn’t have work fine light has not been on since,Nissan consumer affairs no help at all,Steven was awful

Always helpful. My car was serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was finished in 2 hours. Considering it was a Saturday, I do not expect it to be completed so quickly.

Excellent Service

Had an awesome experience where I was in and out very quickly with my car fixed and ready. Extremely professional staff. From the moment I pulled up I was greeted and taken care of. They offered me fresh bagels and coffee which made my morning even better. They then quickly fixed my issue and gave me a detailed but easy to understand explanation of my cars issue. I would highly recommend coming here for all your service needs.

Service visit

Just horrible - I went in to determine & repair cause of service engine light ONLY bc inspection was close to expiration. I was told I needed approx $1K worth of suggested work , again explained I was there to only address SES light but was told by Nissan rep they would only do it if I agreed to all suggested ( per my mechanic not at all necessary for inspection) work. Just outrageous,, cut my losses & left & had a fraction- like literally 1 thing - of what they suggested by an honest mechanic - now I know why the lady checking out ahead of me was told by rep that if she left a positive review she’d get a free oil change next time - so I would def take any positive reviews w/grain of salt.- in all my years as a car owner I’ve never experienced such blatant dishonesty .

Fast and friendly service

Service advisor Hazel was very friendly! She called when my car was ready, earlier than promised! She was high fiving me and was very hospitable pointing me to the available coffee and bagels. They can drop you off and pick you up but it can take a while, there is only one hardworking gentleman.
