What I liked, or perhaps LOVED, was that Sue really took her time to answer questions, even when I kept repeating myself. She really made me feel comfortable when discussing the car and honestly, throughout the whole visit there. I didn't feel forced at all to make a decision about the car, like I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. When I was ready to leave with my new car, she offered additional help and said that she is reachable by phone if I do have questions because the Tiguan SEL does have a lot of features.Thank you!

Danielle was super nice. Very knowledgeable and understanding my Finacial situation. On the other hand. The manager was rude and very pushy for me to sign yesterday which ALMOST made me turn away from the deal. Finance was yelling through his office while we trying to finalize the deal. Rude on manager and finance guy.

I recently purchased a 2018 Jetta Volkswagon from Island Volkswagen, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole process - from start to finish. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to because these guys went the extra mile. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I first met with Q and Tony - they were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I asked without hesitation. After we test drove 2 vehicles, I felt comfortable while we worked on the best price possible! Q made sure my overall experience was over 5 stars! I have owned the car for about a month and it runs better than expected. He informed me to call him immediately if I encounter any issues and I am forever grateful! I'd recommend these guys to anybody in the market to get an amazing car at an affordable price.

The sales representative named Danielle was sweet, warm, inviting, professional, and very informative. She was not pushy but offered me several options of different vehicles in order to help me make the best choice available to me. She made her self available to me for any questions or concerns that I may have had. I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership and most importantly to Danielle. The manager John and the Financial Rep. Rodney were wonderful and warm and very friendly and true gentlemen. It was a wonderful experience to have them help me in the choice of the right vehicle for me and as a third time returning customer, I can tell you honestly, that when this current lease is up in three years, I will be back for another car if your dealership is as wonderful then as they were now.

Fast , honest. No reason to haggle!!!! The price quoted was the price I got!!!! Very professional Most important , they did not make me feel pressured in any way !!!!! The finance manager Mr. Glenn and salesperson Mr. Ortiz , as well as the rest of the staff were very knowledgable and very accommodating .
