onDrove out some 30 plus miles to look at a 2011 RX350 and had been in contact with Felicia whom Iâd been dealing with over the phone. The car was in immaculate condition for 7 years old with 46000 miles on it I was treated with the upmost respect and no pressure at all Bruce the used car manager was very easy to deal with and a Gentlemen Yes I purchased the car and am very Satisfied Thank you Felicia

onI have been a customer of Lexus of Smithtown for several years and have always received great care and attention from Rob in the service dept. I always enjoy being there, its never a hassle its quite a impressive well put together environment. Recently I was in need of a second car and Abbas referred me to Jeff Pastor at Lexus of Southampton where they had a CPO I was interested in and immediately Jeff worked to get me the best deal, and do anything he can to make the process as simple and smooth as I have ever purchased a car in my life. I was quite blown away how welcoming he made me feel at a place I have never been to a experience that can be quite frighting for some and has been often for me. He laid out all my options for my purchase and I couldn't be happier. In addition Mike T demonstrated interesting info for my new car and told me things even I didn't know ( I am heavy into tech.). I thank everyone there, it was a awesome experience and one I continue to recommended to anyone I feel would enjoy the same experience.

onMy husband and I had been to many different dealerships before selecting our car. We met many pushy and rude salesmen. Coming to Lexus of Southampton was a breath of fresh air. Our salesman was not only helpful but a really interesting person to befriend. He couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable. The manager was a very pleasant gentleman who did his very best to work with us. The financial advisor helped us greatly to make the best decisions for our family and sought out financing rates to accommodate our budget. There was no pressure at any front. Our car purchase was a wonderful experience.

Amazing Customer Service

onMy 2015 Lexus GX was recently hit by a reckless driver, smashing the bumper severely with windshield wiper fluid dripping everywhere. I brought it in to the dealership looking for advice on the problem and where to fix it, ultimately expecting a big bill Bruce McKay took a look and said if I was ok, he could spend a few minutes on it. Well, in no time he sealed up the windshield fluid leak, and pretty much got my bumper back to 99% new. He and Frank Licari explained that they normally provide references for shops to do the work, but in this case thought they could make some real improvements and charged me a grand total of ZERO dollars for it. Amazing!!! I also got my 15,000 mile service done in that short visit, and that was a breeze too. I could not believe what they did for me, and all the while they were/are the nicest guys too. Needless to say, this kind of service is not the norm in today's world. They went above and beyond for me, and I look forward to being a lifetime customer. Thanks Bruce and Frank!

onI have a 2004 Sc430 and it's like brand new with 125,000 miles on it. The main reason is because of the service professionals at Lexus of SH. Frank Licari the service manager has taken care of me and my car for the past 8 years with guidance and recommendations that make my repair decisions easy to make. I will only bring my car to Lexus of SH and will also only buy my next Lexus there as well. Keep up your high standards and customer service , it's refreshing to have such trust in people you deal with over so many years.
