If you are in the market for a Dodge, Chrysler or especially a Ram truck, or even competitive used vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping out and seeing the team at Lessord, especially Sales Consultant Erick B. I've been looking for a new truck for over a month and I went and visited five different dealerships plus contacting numerous others on the internet. Erick at Lessord was by far the best sales rep I dealt with. His professionalism, patience and customer service skills were amazing as we went through the process and learned about the Ram 1500, the options and even changing my mind on what I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a car and I feel I got an amazing deal. Another great thing about Lessord, when it comes time to close the sale, they aren't pushy about the "add-ons." They're educational!!!! They tell you the options, the benefits and let you decide what's best for you. It's far from the typical pushy sales environment. Again, I highly recommend Erick B. and the Lessord team. I know I am looking forward to enjoying my 2016 Ram 1500 SLT Outdoorsman!!!! Thanks Erick!!!

This is truly the first time that I have ever been thrilled with a brand new car purchase. Sure, I have had nice cars and nice experiences; however, this time I found a salesperson who not only took the time to listen to my car needs but he also considered our lifestyle and through the brainstorming with sales Manager, Brian...I drove off with car that surpassed my expectations. Thank you Michael Sleight, Brian and Mr. Lessord for your service and time spent with us to make sure we found the perfect car for our family. Lessord Chrysler is truly that small town business with home town hospitality that keeps their customers coming back. This is my second car purchased there and I would recommend them to anybody.

Looked on line On 4/29, called Michael about products listed. Met Michael 9a on 4/30, looked at five different pickups. 1130a I was driving the best value home. Super service, no pressure to buy, Michael let me drive 5 different pickups and reviewed CarFaxes for all models listed. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. This was a totally refreshing experience. A top flight dealership. All good people; sales (Mike,Sleight Corey, the sales manager Brian, the owner Don Lessord. They have a great business model and sales and service team to support the business. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I have not encountered better.

Lessord is our favorite dealership. Our salesperson, Michael, knows the vehicles inside and out and helped us pick out the minivan that is best for us. The entire staff at Lessord is friendly and helpful and know their business well. The minivan we just bought is the fourth vehicle in a row we've purchased at Lessord. That says it all!

my experience in buying a jeep at Lessords was a professional and friendly one. From test driving the large selection of pre-owned vehicles they have. down to cleaning the grim off the old plates of my trade in. Drove 50 Miles To Purchased My Second Brand New Ram In A Row

Just purchased a brand new 2015 Ram from Lessord Chrysler Dodge in Sodus, NY last January, which happens to be where I purchased my previous brand new 2013 Ram. Everyone from sales, financing manager, service, and owner Mr. Don Lessord made you feel like your were more than just a potiential consumer. From the first sale to the most recent, they continued that perseronalized service, and making your buying experience a pleasant one. So I continued to follow their web-site looking to see whats new, lo, and behold I found another new truck, with a special combo I had been wanting for 6 months. A special thanks to Mallissa, and Micheal. Once again, this dealership, and team put another smile on my face. BTW, I found them online, then drove 50 miles to browse, and ended up going home in a new ram that same day: So I went back for my second Ram, bypassing serveral larger local dealerships for reasons giving above. No regrets, and would it again! Thanks Guys, Felix.

the advertised price was not what the salesman and financial manager honored....most of the so called discounts were not real. heard after the fact that this is "standard operating procedure" for this dealership.
