Poor after sales service.

The next day I did a quick check on a car my son-in law purchased and discovered the oil was not changed, the window fluid was empty and the car was without floor mats. After calling the dealer and waiting three days I received a "cannot help you". Three months have passed and I just spent over $700 for brakes that were totally shot. The person who did the emergency repairs stated that these brakes could not have passed NYS inspection.

A fair deal, fast and easy

Just picked up our 2011 Jeep Compass the other evening. The staff and management were friendly and accommodating, and we made a great deal. I bought a truck from them back in 1997, and had a similar experience. I worked in the car business many years ago, and I know what to expect from a dealership, and how to tell a reputable one from a "wheeler-dealer". These folks are as good as any new car dealerships in the area.
