I've leased 2 cars and bought one used car from this dealership all through Lindsay K. It seems as though this might be his personal fan club page as most posts refer to him. He really has a career that suits him. He remembers people and names. He's courteous and respectful. My whole experience with all the cars was good. The lease payments/ negotiations have been straightforward. The used car is now about a year old and is running well with no major repairs having been needed. I liked my crv 2011 and love my current 2013 pilot. My lease is almost due again and I feel very inclined to return.

The salesman that I dealt with was Lindsay Karlan. My wife was ready to get a new car and we have been sold on Honda for the past 14 years. My wife went is and test drove a new CRV and really liked it, she relayed the information to me and made arrangements to come down the following weekend and talk. My wife was trading in her 2007 Pilot for this. I made arrangements to see Lindsay as he had sold me my last 3 Honda vehicles and like the fact the he was always straight and honest with me and had never applied high pressure sale techniques and I did not expect him to this time. The car my wife had picked out was the CRV Touring in the color of Kona Coffee. We came in on a Saturday and discussed this with Lindsay and he informed us that this particular model was in high demand and they had only had 6 CRV Touring on their lot over the course of a year. I let him know that we were in no hurry to obtain this and that we would wait as long as we had to. Lindsay took all the information we provided and since we were trading in the Pilot had it assessed as well. He told us he would keep us in the loop as to his finding and the progress. The following week he gave me a call and told me he was engage with 23 different dealers and was trying to negotiate with them to release a Touring. He said he would continue to keep me updated. A couple weeks later he gave me another update saying he has found the car we wanted and he was negotiating with 7 different dealers in order for them to release on to Saratoga Honda. A half a week later, Lindsay gave me a call and let me know the deal they had made and that the car my wife wanted was in route. The had traded to CRVs they had on their lot to get the CRV Touring. The car arrived on the lot on Friday and we close on Saturday. When we came into close I told Lindsay that I never expected him to pull it off, not because of his ability, but because there were so few of this model that gets shipped over. I told him I fully expected to have to pre-order one for 2016. The service we received was tremendous. I have bought many cars during my lifetime and can honestly say I have never dealt with a better dealer.

I was shopping for a 2011 Honda Pilot EX, and was quoted for a Honda Pilot EX-L, which was not the car that I requested. I sent a follow up e-mail saying I'd be arriving in the Albany area in a few days, and was more interested in an EX or a 2009, 2010 used Pilot than a new 2011 EX-L, but never heard anything else back. Based on the incorrect quote, I never followed up on my end either, so I don't have much experience with them, but it wasn't a great first impression.

I went to this dealership and within minutes got the best price for my new car. The sales rep and manager was excellent. No crazy back and forth. I knew the price I wanted to pay and the trade-in value for my car thanks to edmunds and I got it. Would highly recomend this dealership to my friends and family.

The internet sales guy who I was dealing with promised he would return to me the Sirius cables and hardware from my trade which they were going to remove. After the sale I sent numerous E-Mails to the salesmen who always replied he had to check with the department who took out the satellite radio equipment. This went on through 4 or 5 E-Mails, Each time same answer but never received my equipment back. After 2 months I really told the salesmen what I thought of him. He replied with some of the rudest and disrespectful language I have ever heard from a car dealership. When I replied to his rude comments I also CC’d the Sales manager who I never heard back from either. I never received my equipment back which cost me about $150.00 to replace for a different car. SARATOGA HONDA sales people will be very nice to you BEFORE the sale BUT AFTER the sale they don’t want you to KNOW you.
