A to Z ---> Gene Ake --- He's Very Grounded with very little "over the top salesman pitch roll of the eyes" within him during the whole process,, he asked the right questions finding me and the wife's purchasing of our next vehicle.. once we decided which one to purchase him and rest of staff zipped up everything TO A TEE ending with us leaving our trade in there --- rolling out of there with smiles ear o ear in our new trucK... highly recommended!! I just bought a used 2012 f350 lariat, i love the truck and Gene answered all my questions to my satisfaction and did what he could to get me the loan. All in all a great experience, and he even came in after hours to give me the keys! I would buy another vehicle from them in the future.

I called this dealership late on a Saturday to discuss a price on one of their truck and was answer by Frank A. He was very helpful and knowable about the truck and all vehicles he had on the lot. After speaking for around 1 hour I decided to spend the weekend to digest all the information that had been provided to me. Monday morning I worked with him and his team to come to a sales agreement all without even visiting the shop. Once I arrived I inspected the vehicle and documents and everything was spot on to our conversations on the phone. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a non-BS filled dealership that will work with you on your next purchase of a Truck. I would rate this dealership at 10 stars if possible for the service and ease of transaction on the purchase.

Tuf Trucks is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Initially we were very excited about the purchase of our "new" used truck since it's the first big car purchase we had made. The salesman was very friendly so we felt like we could trust him but turns out he just wanted to make money off of us. We just made the first payment on our truck and our present is a blown transmission and a warranty that won't cover the repair. Thanks for selling us a piece of crap over priced truck.

Went to Tuf Trucks to check out a Honda Ridgeline, went inside and was greeted by Gene who walked me through the whole process very professionally. The test drive, the vehicle info, and the buying process was very quick and easy, I was very impressed by the way that the folks at Tuf Trucks run their business. Gene and all others involved made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would definitely refer people to this dealer if they are looking for a no nonsense and fair dealership. I also purchased the extended warranty which I expect will be just as satisfying of an experience if I ever have the need for service. Again thank you Gene and all the folks at Tuf Trucks.

I bought not one, but two trucks from this place. The deal i got was crappy. The price they took off each truck is what they would have taken off had i purchased one truck. All throughout the deal i asked for a carfax on both trucks. They cleverly stalled. After i signed the deal they said i could got onto the website and look over something similar to carfax. I found out one of the trucks had frame damage. They NEVER disclosed this during the deal! I was furious! They hid this info deliberately so i didn't have any bargaining chips to get a better deal. The dealer said it had a plow on the truck and it had to be labeled as frame damage. I insisted they put the truck on the lift. I looked through that truck front to back. No plow marks. But in looking at the truck i discovered a leaking seal. So much for their 21 point vehicle check. Hogwash! If i hadn't inspected the truck myself, it would have never been discovered. I took one of the trucks home. A few days later i noticed a large crack on the rear tail light lenses. I brought the truck in. The owner and tech both said someone bumped into me. I told them the truck never left my driveway. They said they have pictures to prove it. This is where they inflicted self giult. The owner punched up a picture of the truck on his computer. I told him to zoom in. He kinda did it real fast. I said to hold the zoom. He didn't. Then he gave me the mouse pointer and i zoomed all the way in and showed them the crack and then went one step further and mentioned the NYS inspection regulation. Needless to say, they looked at each other and the owner replaced my lense. What i should have done was to cancel both deals and go somewhere else. But they had the variety of truck i needed. I will say this: TRUST BUT VERIFY. Thay have dishonest and shady sales tactics. I as a consumer will never buy a truck from them again!

I originally purchased an 06 F250. Within the first week we experienced some serious engine issues brought the Vehicle back and after 3 weeks had no answers. Finally after continuous calls to the dealer on the 4th week I decided to show up and raise a fuss. No one had any answers and no accommodations were made. Week 5, I demanded tuff trucks take the vehicle back and put me in something else, Finally they agreed and swapped me into 5 year newer truck with a warranty included. After all the paperwork was signed and I took possession of the truck more problems continued. Instead of dealing with Tuff Trucks about the problem and getting a run around, I decided to take it to a dealer for work supposedly covered by my "Warranty" that I paid for and low and behold Tuff Trucks never filed the paperwork to activate said warranty. I'm out the money for the warranty and the cost of the repair that should have been taken care of originally .

I was interested in a 2002 Lexus SC430. The price and some photos are satisfactory. However, they are not disclosing mileage. When message, they encouraged me to try contacting them during normal hours. Really??? In my opinion something is “shady” here. They also omitted mileage on Autotrader. Not a trustworthy dealer.

I was told that the prices were not firm, that would accept any reasonable offer. The truck that i wanted to purchase, which was on their website, was not even available to look at, because it had mechanical issues. the sales manager Steve Root, somehow failed to inform me of that before my 45 minute trip out there. i did find a truck, but they did not budge on the price, saying the reason was because it already was on sale. i told them i wanted a 5 year loan. they gave me a rough monthly payment, and said that depending on my credit (which i told them was very good), that would determine my rate. when i came in the next day to sign the papers and pick up the truck, they said "we got your monthly payment way down because of your credit! " obviously i was happy and signed a million papers and didnt read them all thoroughly, much to my dismay. When my coupon payment book came it They changed it to a 7 year loan without saying 1 word to me about it. They also talked me into a 3 year extended warranty for 3000.00 and said nothing about a $100.00 deductible every time i would have work done. i reluctantly signed it anyway, only to find out a week later after reading the small print on page 6 of the warranty that if a put a plow on the truck ( which the salesman Wayne Norwood knew i was planning on doing), the warranty would be voided. For a week now, they have been giving me the runaround, with Wayne telling me it's all being taken care of, while in fact , the finance manager Mike Joyce was doing absolutely nothing. His original response was that i couldn't cancel it, which was an absolute lie

I recently just purchased the truck I’ve always wanted thanks to Steve Root. As soon as we showed up he was there to great a with a handshake and the information necessary. He not only helped us narrow the results but also stayed after hours and didn’t try to rush us out the door. He wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. While the truck was getting ready we were in contact all the way up to the day I picked it up, everyday same great customer service. Definitely got a long term customer in me. I highly recommend tuf trucks and I highly recommend talking to Steve when you’re there.

Bought a Truck from these guys and was robbed. What mechanic work was done was done very poor. New inner bearings and seals were installed in the vehicle. However, they where left so loose the gear oil leaked out all over the emergency brake shoes. Thankfully we were able to catch this before it burned out our rear end. The truck left their shop with a blown headlight, sloppy front wheel bearing, and leaking rear end. Three mechanics with over 100 years combined experience agreed THIS VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED INSPECTION. I should have never brought this vehicle. The sales people here are sly and smooth talkers. Best to never even step foot on the lot. After the sale is complete and you are trapped in they don't return calls, lie, and become just blatantly rude, especially Brian. Business with the company is sure to leaving you feel robbed in the end.

I am so happy I went to Tuf Trucks for my truck! Salesman Gary Wurth was absolutely fantastic! When I first arrived on the lot to look for a truck, he greeted me with a great smile. My deafness was not a barrier at all. He used paper and pen and his computer to communicate with me and figure out precisely what I needed. He then showed me around the lot and pointed out trucks that he thought would suit what I wanted. When I selected a truck, Gary and the rest of the team did a wonderful job of getting the truck ready and walking me through the purchase process. Gary was very patient thorough the entire process. Chatting with him and other team members was an absolute pleasure. I was actually a bit sad when everything was ready and it was time to take my truck home because it meant I would no longer have a reason to visit them and chat with them! When I called the office with questions about my “new to me” truck, they remember who I was and answered my questions with expert knowledge. Gary Wurth is a stellar salesman with wonderful people skills. He did not let my disability become a barrier and strived to overcome any communication challenges. If you are a person with a disability or just plain nervous about buying a new vehicle, rest assured that Gary and the rest of the team will be sure to work with you and make you feel comfortable! After many weeks of looking for a truck I called on a truck and spoke with Dave. He told me about the truck I was looking for and stated that I would not be disappointed with the truck as it was very clean and tight for the year and model. After touching base over a couple of weeks and looking in vain in the south for the truck I wanted I spoke again to Dave who agreed to meet me after hours to look at and drive the truck. My wife and I met him at 7:30PM and looked at the truck and went for a drive..... the truck did indeed live up to his description and my wife and I decided to purchase the truck. It was the weekend and banks would be closed. We had to go back after the holiday weekend and my long day at work and he again agreed to meet us after hours to seal the deal. We were very impressed with Dave's professionalism and non pressured approach..... the truck sold itself. Thank you Dave and staff. My experience with the assistance of Mr. Anderson was very easy and I was not pressured into anything. Everything was explained and articulated well as well as being able to work with me on any weird things that happened in the in between process of the initial meeting and eventually purchase of a truck. He made sure to give me all the information and even went out of his way to continue to work within reason when a issue came up with our agreement. I had a easier time working with the employees from TufTrucks than I did while working with a company dealership (branded company). I will deffenetly be recommending them for anyone who wants a smooth process and a great truck.
