My sister and I went there and both found vehicles. Worked with Matt and he made it an easy process. The vehicle I bought had some minor scratches on it so Matt had it sent to the body shop and had them buff the scratches out. Not to many dealers do that. Would recommend them.

We are beyond ecstatic with our experience with Rome pre-owned! This is the fourth vehicle our family has bought from here. You can’t find a better dealership with an entire staff of sales, service and finance that have above an average knowledge in their fields. To say fast, friendly service doesn’t give them enough justice. Pick up the phone, drive there or whatever, just do all your business with these folks. You won’t regret it!

They will see you a car that has a bad motor in it and you will get in and have it for less than 24 hours and the mortor will then you take it back to them and they put another mortor in it and then tell you it still has the 6 months warranty but you have to pay the labor change then 2 months later something else happens to it. I repaeat DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I was excited to buy a car and here I found a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. It was in great condition and any issues I had the car was taken in immediately. These are truly the fairest and best people I have ever encountered when shopping for a car. I am proud to say if I ever plan to get another vehicle I will be coming here first! I had to get approved for a loan and do paperwork and when I had said I had liked the car they held it for me for a few days so I could sort out how to pay for it. I have never meant a dealer that will hold a vehicle for someone just based on their word. These are amazing people and I have and will keep recommending everyone I know.

When I started looking into buying a car I was very nervous because of an experience I had with a different dealership. But, with Romepreowned they made the whole experience worth while. A great place to do business

My wife and I just bought our third car from this dealership earlier today. There is no pressure, we go on test drives by ourselves, the price is already so low that there is no need for haggling (all three of our cars were below the blue book "fair value" price) they do all the DMV work and got us a loan with ease. Our teenage kids are getting close to needing cars of their own and we already know where we're going to go when the time is right. I highly recommend this dealership.

Service was friendly. Did not treat me like a dumb female, it was very refreshing. Went with list of vehicles i wanted to look at in my price range. They showed what was on the list and did not try and talk me into something over what i was willing to pay. Would buy another vehicle there in a heartbeat.

I have had my fair share of vehicles. The staff at Rome Pre-owned made this experience for me the easiest and less stressful of them all. They treated me like family, not a customer. I will in the future only conduct business with Rome Pre-owned and suggest for everyone to as well. It was a fast process to obtain the loan and made me feel very comfortable.
