Sales experience was seamless, no nonsense. Explained what I was looking for and in comparison to other dealers I essentially was told I could get any of my choices, if not that day, then in a timely manner, without complication. Price from the very first quote was on target without the discomfort of bargaining. The way car experience should be.

2023 Legacy Purchase

Daniel Burawa, our car salesman, was excellent. Answered all our questions and tried to fulfill all our requests. Riverhead Bay Subaru was very quiet and laid back. No hard sell or funny business. Even after the purchase, no waiting around for the car. Came back on Monday to pick it up. If you're in the market for Subaru, visit this dealership.

Horrible Experience

I would strongly recommend using a different dealership if you’re considering leasing or purchasing a Subaru from Riverhead Bay. My experience with them was awful beyond words. Because I am a woman they gave me no credit for any complaints I had; they insisted there was a problem with the battery and totally disregarded my knowledge that the issue at hand had nothing to do with the battery. They caused my car to be towed to them four times before they finally conducted the necessary diagnostics. (Despite what I was telling them.). I actually had to finally, after a week and four towings, throw a fit in the showroom to get them to do what they should’ve done initially.

I was at the dealer a total of 3 hours over three days. One day to test drive it. Another to talk numbers. Another to pick up the car. No bs no sales tactics. They didn’t ask for any of my info and call me to see if i was still interested in the car. Great experience low pressure. Jimmy in sales was great very low pressure and he works with you. This was the easiest least stressful car buying experience i have ever had.

The express service is great really makes getting routine maintenance easy to fit in anyone’s schedule, it may be express service but they take their time and do the work right. The service representative is very efficient makes me feel that I am important and my Subaru is as well. Plus the dealership is spot less.
