We have always gone to MidHudson Subaru which is 10 minutes from our home. We called inquiring about purchasing a vehicle after our son totaled our current Outback, as well as possibly purchasing our lease that is up in June. The salesman was so rude. So we searched on, and are very happy we did. Our experience with Ruge's was unsurpassable, and the experience was so easy. One visit, a quick test drive and we had a vehicle in less than 45 minutes. The sales team, (Jordan) including the sales manager (Chris), could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful!

The best thing about my experience was the no pressure salesman. I have not bought a car in a dealership in over twenty years so I was a little apprehensive. Ryan Kelly was the perfect salesman. I came in with an idea of what car I wanted and left with the car of my dreams. Ryan knew the product inside out, took me through the financing so I understood it and delivered the car when I wanted it. I will certainly recommend Ruge's going forward and Ryan Kelly for a first rate buying experience.

Very Satisfied Customer! Happy with my Suburu impreza purchased

I was matched to Ryan Kelly in sales and he was down to earth, listened to what I wanted, my short list of essentials, and budget and showed me vehicles that were appropriate. I never felt pressured. All my questions got answered. There was always follow-up and it was just the right amount at the right time. I saw teamwork among the staff members in the sales department each of the three times I came in Ruge's and that impressed me. The paperwork/purchase day seemed to go smoothly and everyone was very friendly. They seemed really organized. Paul Area in finance was super friendly too and answered all my questions. Ryan asked another staff person in house to transfer my plates and bike roof rack from my old car to my new car and he willingly stepped up to the task; it was an efficient use of time as I signed forms. I was thankful for the painless process and drove away feeling really happy with my purchase and relieved with the experience of buying a car. Ryan is a strong communicator with both his client and his teammates. He was thoughtful on the little things too - he transferred over my EZ pass to the new vehicle and removed my old keys from the key chain for me as I traded in my old car. Oh and the detail job on my new car was fabulous too! Scratches I had noticed inside the door handle got buffed out. My car sparkles at the present moment! Thank you. I'd highly recommend Ryan Kelly in sales and the dealership for buying a car!

Everyone seemed very personable and attentive to my needs. While looking at vehicles, Ryan made sure to explain the different features and how to work them. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each car. And Paul made sure to go over my financing with me and explain the different security packages that Subaru offers. Quick and Effective Lease of a new Impresa

I knew I would need a new car soon so researched what was available in AWD vehicles. From this I knew I wanted to lease and Impresa and having worked with Ruge's before went there and quickly connected with Ryan who did a great job explaining the options and when this was settled he completed the deal and delivered my new Impresa in less than a day.

My sales consultant, Jordan Palmiter was wonderful. Jordan previously worked my family, so I knew I was in good hands. Jordan was friendly, knowledge, and personable. I felt like he wanted to help me find a car not to close on a sale but so I would be satisfied and happy as a customer and young driver. He took the time to find a car that would fit my dog and also set up my bluetooth connections. He truly shines!
