Bought a used car for my son and it turned out to have all kinds of suspension, air conditiioning and paint problems. Had a mechanic check the car and brought the car back within 24 hours but this dealer refused to offer me any help. They could care less if they lost me for a customer as long as that cursed car was off their lot. The used car manager was rude and sarcastic. I ended up selling the car for far less than book value just to be done with the whole rotten experience.

I went in to the dealer to Purchase a new Town and Country I had a trade in. TRhe dealer Gave me a price after 3hrs. I left and stated I would be back I wanted too shop. I went to (2) other loacl Chrysler dealers that are within 15miles of this one who were cheepier for the same van by almost 5 grand. Not too mention I was told by PJ Chrsler that My jeep did not hold its value and I would probly be upsidedown. NOT THE CASE I winded up purchasing my van 15 min west of them exact same van same options for approx 5k less and a better APR... Whats that about.... I did not think there was that much of a mark up. But I guess when you go to a dealer with 4 kids running around they try to take advantage of you.Needless too say I almost got burned from them."People do your shopping" After this escapade I revisited the dealer for a warranty sertvice on one of my other Chrysler vehicles to be told You did not purchase the car from us go elesewhere... TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP PEOPLE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELESEWHERE PLEASE.... I have Contacted Chrsler Motor corp and Got a Complkete run a round from them stating Just go to a different deasler they are independly owned and can do and charge as they please..... I wish I bought a Toyota MY MISTAKE....

STAY AWAY!. They are extremely unprofessional. They will promise the world to make the sale, then when you drive off the lot, all bets are off!. My husband bought a truck from this location and before the purchase he explained he had a snow plow on his old truck and what would it take to put it on the new truck. The sales man had my husband wait while he went to the parts/service department, to inquire a price amount to remove the plow from the old truck and install on the new truck. He came back and said $350.00. It was even written on the bill of sale, in the handwriting of the salesman. Now that its time to get the work done, the service department is saying that we have to spend over $1000 on a bracket for the plow plus the $350. Shouldnt they have known this, being that they are "master technicians", when originally asked. When we voiced our disappointment to the owner of the place, (Peter). He was abrupt and rude and careless. His only words were "how were we supposed to know"??? Not the first time this place has used these words....
