My wife and I visited Garvey Hyundai this past weekend; looking for a AWD vehicle for my wife. We dealt with Brian B.; who was more helpful than we could have ever hoped for! Brian not only went above and beyond to assist us, including staying over an hour past their regular business hours and paying attention to every detail to make sure we were 100% satisfied with Garveys service. I am writing this review to express my first car buying experience. First and for most I would like to thank Elvis G. at Garvey Hyundai North for getting me set up with the perfect car. I purchased a Elantra from Elvis and the Garvey crew. Not only was the customer service superb but the buying experience was enjoyable as well. Elvis and the crew helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs and made this a pleasant experience. You always hear the horror stories of buying a car hence why I had never purchased a new one. Hesitant I was but was very happy by the time I drove away in my new car. I have been dealing with Adam B. at the Plattsburgh Garvey Hyundai for a few years now. He is always right on top of things and went above and beyond in helping me choose my 2013 Hyundai Tucson. He answered all of the questions that I had and still does, I know I can call him and he will help me out as soon as he can. I would recommend anyone if you are looking to buy a car to choose him to help you out, WITHOUT A DOUBT!! The best part about Garvey is that not only does he rock, the sales department and the rest of the people there are AWESOME!!

I have purchased two cars from Garvey Hyundai and recommend it to everyone. I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Tucson from Adam and he took care of everything all I had to do was sign the papers and take the keys! Adam even programmed my phone to sync with the Bluetooth system in the car! I live in Vermont and still bring my car to Garvey to have it serviced because I feel like they are my big brothers who take great care of their little sister! Thanks guys!
