There are several reasons not to buy from this dealership. 1. Finance department failed to put in my extended warranty. Quoted me one price and then increased it while I was buying the it. Then failed to put it in the sales agreement. 2. Purchased a bed liner that was installed wrong and cut wrong. It never settled in like they said it would. Still have it floating in the back. 3. Went for my courtesy oil change and left with a hole in my rear quarter panel. And of course they denied it. Went straight there in the morning waited and returned straight home. My security system shows me leaving without damage but returned with damage. 4. Service manager tried to up-sale me on service that I needed. Brakes, fluid change, wheel alignment and cabin filter. Why do I ask. It’s brand new I asked. Well it’s what GMC recommends. 5. First time using 4x4 and turning the truck right or left it makes a grinding noise. Brought to another GMC dealer and after driving around with the technician he stated that it’s a common problem with these vehicles, he referred to it as differential Rub and that GMC has no solution to repair it. Yesterday I was driving in 4 wheel drive and while exiting the highway it was rubbing and pulling the opposite direction. I’m blown away at the recklessness that GMC builds and sells such trash. 6. There’s nothing special or great for the price they are selling this vehicle for. Now I know why I stopped buying GMC trucks and cars 30 years ago. Never again. And I mean never again will I buy a GMC. It’s about Safety and reliability and they definitely failed. Getting ride of it this week without regrets.

I don't usually write reviews but this place is worth it. Dominick exceeded my expectations in helping me get into the truck that I wanted. I had been to countless dealerships across Tri-State area and even remote properties in North Carolina and none could compare to the knowledge and service I received at Ingersoll in Pawling, NY. Dominick knew the features of the truck I was looking for, he knew price points and potential incentives and rebate offers and listened to make the best recommendations to suit my lifestyle. While other dealerships like Grand Prize in Nanuet, NY, still have me waiting for a call back (about 2 1/2 weeks worth of waiting and still waiting) I am currently now driving the truck everyone else said didn't exist thanks to Dominick and the guys at Ingersoll Chevy in Pawling, NY. The entire team I dealt with at Ingersoll should be applauded, Dominick , Jared and Torrey - thank you!
