Fantastic Experience

From the beginning of my entry at 10 AM I've been greeted humbly by employees of Nissan of Queens. Assisting me with directions and a famous quote from Anthony "No Pressure" I really loved. It helped my buying experience to be very comforting. Trading in my crv for a Nissan Rogue from the test drive to the small talk to the Finance (signing of papers experience) It was just one word. Awesome. Sorry to sound cliche but at the end of purchasing my vehicle I thought I was at a party almost every employee were involved. I can't say Thanks to Nissan of Queens again for the great car buying experience. Also gained some knowledge.

An honest car salesman (believe it or not, it’s true)

After shopping around & doing my homework a friend of mine told me about a young gentleman who works at Nissan of Queens, Vincent Valintino. I almost didn’t call Vinny, I was convinced I had the best deal possible but figured one more call can’t hurt. I am glad I made that call. Not only did Vinny get me a better price, he got me a better vehicle. I highly recommend Nissan of Queens. No pressure, no games, just the truth from start to finish. When buying a car you always feel like your getting ripped off, at least I do. First time in 30 years I left a dealership without that feeling. I never write reviews but this one is well deserved.

The most shocking pleasantly surprised experience ever!

We took our car back to Nissan due to being the end of the lease and it was in my mother in laws name. They honored the buy out agreement and it was meant to be a conversation about what can be done to aquire the car and they ended up working really hard to get the best deal even with my challenging credit score that I had been working on for the past year. Completely felt taken care of and they went way over the call of duty. I'm thankful and I would send anyone there. PS not just sales tactics but honestly felt taken care of. Give thanks!

Don't trust the salesperson

In my opinion you can't trust a word the sales person says. They will lie and say anything to take your money. Don't recommend buying rom this dealer. Was told that the new Rogue was equivalent to the old Murano. Turns out the the same lower class vehicle not worth the price they are charging. Rides terrible on the highway and parts are made cheap.

I bought a new Nissan Rogue from Nissan of Queens. Salesman (Dorian) was great! Very professional and accommodating. The finance guy (Alex) also very professional and not pushy regarding warranties or accessories. The new car was clean, everything worked, no problems! Overall, a pleasant buying experience.
