My vehicle required a repair to it’s fuel injection system. Prior to my date of service, my check engine light had gone on, and then off, over two different spans of days. During the times the light was off, my vehicle ran normally. I originally had an appointment in mid-October, which was made when the check engine light was activated, only to find the vehicle appearing to return to normal when I arrived to have it serviced. Jeff at West Herr Chrysler Jeep Service advised me that without the check engine light being on, and without any noticeable function problems while driving, it would be a costly and possibly futile search through random engine systems to discover, but not really know for sure, what was causing the error. He said to return if the vehicle experienced any problems. Jeff could have easy charged me for a diagnostic without telling me to wait, costing me money for nothing. Instead he was honest and said to wait and see if the check engine light would go on again due to the vehicle’s computer sensing an active issue. Sure enough, a few weeks later, there was a malfunction of the fuel injection system, which I took to West Herr for service. This malfunction was verifiable, correctable, and I didn’t have to pay twice to have it diagnosed and repaired.

Great experience from start to finish! Aron Wild (Senior Sales consultant) went above and beyond to not only find exactly what I wanted, he took his own time to make sure it all went smoothly! I was a loyal fan of another dealership, but I switched to West Herr and I was very pleased with my salesman, Aron Wild. Very smooth straight forward deal. Not the usual nonsense that comes with a vehicle purchase. The finance department was efficient and she was actually able to find additional savings after we negotiated.
