I had recently purchased a 4Runner from Will Diaz at your Oakdale location. Let me start off with saying what a great experience Will had delivered to my family and I. Will had recognized that I had hard time finding a new truck at many different dealers and was completely annoyed with the truck purchasing process, with that in mind Will treated me with honesty and was upfront on everything he was saying and doing. I had left that day with no truck but at no fault to Will and just my uncertainty. Days later I returned back to the dealer to again visit Will just for his honesty, at that point Will had shown me the 4Runner again and reassured me this was the right truck for my family and I. To say the least Will is the reason I returned and purchased a truck from your dealership . Thank you!!!

Just purchased a pre-owned Toyota Highlander from Sunrise. Got a great price and great financing rate with no hidden surprises at signing. My sales rep Tom was very helpful and accommodating. We're very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Sunrise!

I was at several different dealerships before going to Sunrise Toyota; none of which even came close to the excellent customer service I received from Will Diaz at Sunrise. He was very helpful a d personable. I didn't feel pressured at all and he was very attentive to what I was looking for. I am so happy with my purchase and cannot thank Will and the staff at Sunrise enough for making me change my mind on how I think about having to buy a car. I will never go anywhere else again.

I recently bought a new 2018 Camry from Sunrise Toyota. I worked with Mike Washington and he was excellent. He was professional and efficient from the start, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The dealership was clean, had a great variety/stock and all staff was friendly. Mike was helpful throughout the entire process - from writing the deal to delivering the car to following up with me after. I will definitely go back to Sunrise and would recommend my family and friends to go buy their next car at Sunrise and ask for Mike Washington!

See Robert Parnagian at Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale.....They always have a huge selection of new and used Toyotas and a brand new state of the art facility.....He helped me find a 2016 Camry XLE that was Certified and had low miles and was in mint condition.....They even had an insurance office at the dealership that helped me take delivery the same day.....Thanks Rob...Thanks Sunrise

El domingo el la tarde fui a comprar un carro super lindo y comodo... por suerte que me en contre unos de los mejores vendedores del Lugar (Johnny Ramirez) quien me ayudo muchisimo y hizo todo lo posible para ayudar me a encontrar el carro que queria. Todo lo q puedo desir esque que si quieren comprar un carro sunrise toyota es el lugar perfecto par ir. Para mi fue una esperiencia fantastica (Johnny Ramirez) se conporto como un gran sales cosultant... muchas gracias johnny y muchas gracias jason jautze otro de los grades y considerables personas se la sunrise toyota... Excellent experience with Sunrise Toyota and saleman Bob Bothmann. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted for what I wanted to pay. Very easy to deal with and extremely informative about the vehicle. Dealership is super clean and organized as well. Just an overall great experience that I will recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend Sunrise Toyota and was impressed by the entire team's focus on customer experience. Juan Dejesus was my sales consultant. Juan was very in tune to fitting me with the right vehicle for my needs. Throughout the entire process, Juan kept asking me for my feedback and discovered that I preferred a vehicle of another color than I was seeing on the lot. He took the time to search through 4 lots of cars until we found the exact car I was looking for. The next day, Juan came in on his day off to make sure that the process went smoothly. He made sure that my car was detailed, connected me with their insurance consultant, and connected me with an excellent finance manager. He was very attentive throughout each step of the process and I could not have asked for a better sales consultant! I also highly recommend Jason Jautze as my finance manager. He clearly explained all of the paperwork and showed me the various options for financing. Jason was extremely knowledgeable. He was also very patient as I had a lot of questions. He was able to answer all of them. The entire team at Sunrise Toyota was extremely pleasant and I am glad that I went there!

Just bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna today from Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale Ny and I have to say that the service was Excellent!! From the start of the process with the Will Diaz and John M Hertlein sales Associates all the way up to the finance dept getting us a great low APR Interest rate, I have to say it was 5 Star service all the way around.

Wonderful experience. Everyone was professional, courteous and went out of their way to make sure that I was 100% pleased with my new vehicle. Cannot say enough positive things about the sales person Miguel Rivera, the finance people, the managers, and the reception people.
